Mr Carr I don’t know what being “watched” when they were telling the story means, bro. But last time I checked, Vegeta said he was going to destroy the earth with his Galick Gun. Not to mention that in the manga, you need at least a power level of 10,000 to destroy a planet and Vegeta’s power level was 18,000 in the Saiyan Saga. Just because other saiyans needed numbers to destroy a world doesn’t mean they’re all the same level of power. Not to mention that Vegeta seems to be the only Saiyan we know of that has control over his Great Ape form while other saiyans, including Bardock and his squad seem to be more animalistic and not able use a concentrated attack like the Galick Gun.

However the moon had been blown up by a green alien who was afraid of a four year old a few months ago, so he had to shoot a huge blast into the air to make magic blutz waves, which allow him and his armor to upscale. WHATS NOT TO UNDERSTAND
While the animation is superior, it looks a little too clean for my liking. Kinda liked the rougher linework and limited shading of the original. It gave the whole sequence a more raw feel, which is good for a bloody fight to the death.
Why didn't he do this before trying to blow up the planet with Gallick Gun? He wouldn't have been able to breath in space if he'd blown up the Earth with it.

@sonicrider32 I have always thought that the reason they dont make it look like this is because they would have to do all these effects like add the extra definition in the hair or just completely makeover the whole setting in that way but thats just me.
