I'm sure you've heard this before, but don't leave you accompanist in the dust!! As a bass player who has done this in a recital, you are the one who ends up being criticized the most, not your pianist. Just a thought......
Nice played, maybe a little too rush but still a nice job! I think it would be respectfull to name the pianist as well, always. Someone that plays what an orchestra does should be respected as a performer.
Charlie Gordan all basses are different I Think he has a gamba bass but alll basses sound different and eventually you'll be good man just keep practicing well get there soon
I remember now. The solo part is in G and the accompaniment is in A. That way if the soloist has solo strings on it all lines up. Otherwise the accompaniment has to be transposed down a whole step I think.

Pfroof read what you write before you write it. He is the soloist. The accompanist should know how to accompany a soloist not the other way around.

DRAMA
Everyone is focused on his playing, but what kind of bass is that? Its beautiful.
Ian thats crazy it looks like a really nice bass to me
Es hermoso el contrabajo, yo también me preguntó que tipo o modelo será
It’s a Solano bass
I'm learning this piece now, I love your interpretation, it's a fantastic rendition, thank you for sharing.
that bass sounds so great
such control and sound! Bravíssimo!
wow! absolutely superb!
Nice job Aaron. Brilliant!
Love it!!!
Very good !!! And this is the tempo fir that Concerto! It's not rushed.
1 word PERFECT!!!!
Bravo. Maestro!
Great to see how hard this piece looks to play into warching somebody rather than looking at sheet music.
Yeah it's a bit hard to grasp without looking at an actual performance
BRUTAL. QUE BELLO Y SEGURO. TE FELICITO
That double bass is so aesthetic ✨✨😃
Congratulations! Playing that takes a lot of studying, good work! You are playing very good and at a very young age!!
I love your tone!
nice very nice....thanks for sharing.....
Great job!
Hi Aaron! That's GREEAT!!! :)
why cant my bass sound like that?! damn school funding..
Charlie Gordan all basses are different I Think he has a gamba bass but alll basses sound different and eventually you'll be good man just keep practicing well get there soon
So you can listen to Aaron play his Bass! :)
@@joeyuribe5585 Isn't he a bass guitarist?
However, Awesome job man!!

Nice!
Damn. If that is true, I am incredibly impressed.
Wow!!!
Yes I am. I am in the GDYO :)
where do you find a piano part that's in G instead of A that's accurate?
**MUST WATCH**
Simply Superb!!! How old were you then??
Qual é o tamanho desse baixo acústico?
Its supposed to be a little fast people...
Should i take a double bass lesson now?
Came here because of the duration
Very nice! Try to avoid sliding in between notes. And let it breathe, it feels rushed. Great job though! Bravo!
Aaron Olguin Very good, Edward Nanny wrote it in the style of Dragonetti but you could use a Dragonetti bow to get the Dragonetti effect going.
this piece on German is so hard. It is so hard to get a bouncy sound. Bottesini bow all the way.
@@JazzPhrog Bottesini popularized the French Bow which is why we can call it a Bottesini Bow. The German Bow is the Dragonetti Bow.

@@RockStarOscarStern634 I’m aware i play the bottesini bow, not dragonetti
@@JazzPhrog True but oh I forget about the Thomas and George Martin 5 String Upright Bass which gives you more notes you can play
Yes.
Amazing, he remembered it all by head so I wouldn't really critique him.
It's not difficult to remember all the firt mov. But all the movements... that's hard!! :D
It’s easy too I memorized it as well
Most notes are out of pitch. Differences in pitching the piano and the double bass?
He didn't rush
Maybe relax the tempo a little bit. But great sound!
But other wise good job on this piece
Isn't in G a typo?
not perfect intonation, but you're 10000000000 times better than me, so I'm not gonna blame you
bravo!
Nvm he did rush
it was good but not perfect.. still very nice
난 왤케 못해
존나잘하네 시발
the trill was a bit out
고전곡을 아주 지 맘대로 연주하네
Ha ha Concerto in G. Otherwise known as not using solo strings.
You really have to work on bow control and intonation. Your bow tends to go in front of your left hand.
It sounds better in a major.
He missed the arpeggios 😬....
Yah u rushed
Too much rough ..Too much ad lib..
Too much anyhow...
