I’d rather Ram put the ZF 8spd. Not knocking Allison but I think the ZF is a much better transmission.

ZF is good, Allison is better, general opinion. They want to improve the performance. Allison and Cummins are not the best combo at the moment. But either if engineers manage to combine them, or improve the current gearbox, which is also possible, Ram will get a huge boost.
