    Why would you need a level to mark a single dot for a nail, confusing, but the rubber band idea is cool 😎

    Dryer sheets do leave a film of plastic on stuff. So it might look cleaner right after you do it, but it leaves a slight residue that will help lint accumulate faster. I use a clean microfiber cloth instead. One should never dry one's microfiber cloths with any fabric softener or bleach. I air dry them.

    How are the knives "not scraping against wood," when you're using WOODEN SKEWERS???

    • @karilhasenyager
      @karilhasenyager 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Right.
      I was thinking he was going to put dry rice or dry beans in the box for the knives.
      then he goes and puts wood skewers in the box.
      what?

    I can’t imagine writing a shopping list on my washer/dryer. That’s what the notes app on your phone is for. You’ll have the list with you in the store and you don’t have to clean your dryer.

    I would use caution using foam insulating tubes next to cables and any other surface made of synthetic, especially in a car, where it can get very hot. The chemicals in the plastics can end up having a chemical reaction, sticking together or melting.

      I’ve liked writing on walls and anywhere else I shouldn’t since I can remember. So I purchased chalk markers at dollar tree and write messages or lists on my refrigerator- plus they don’t stink! - I’m always looking for pen and paper when taking phone messages and this solved losing the note or not finding paper. And it wipes off any enough with window cleaner but will stay on long enough too.

      Rubbing alcohol removes dry erase marker absolutely and even permanent magic marker from most everything including clothes. Even hairspray in a pinch.

    Pipe insulation wouldn't be a good choice for wires since it could catch fire. You'd want wire insulation. Also you don't need a level for a nail, you need the level for what the nail is holding.

  • @BilliesCraftRoom
    @BilliesCraftRoom 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

    If you leave any market on the surface for a while it can be difficult to remove. To reactivate the ink scribble over it using the same marker, it will now come off. As another person wrote in the comments, hand sanitizer will remove most stubborn inks.

    However, I am thoroughly confused...
    At 1:10, your washing machine, looks like my dryer. And, I didn't know that lint could build up in my washing machine. 🤔😮😉

    What was the point of using the level to make a single mark for 1 nail, a picture frame would self-level anyways….

    If you have a dishwasher w/faux or plastic front and you can't use a magnet, mark C or D on dishwasher and wipe away when you need to change. Not a fan of knife blocks, little slits must let dust collect. germy.

    As an IT guy the keyboard hack is dumb. Just buy a gel wrist rest - they’re made for that purpose.
    Velcro cable ties are better for cables - they’re removable and reusable plus easy to get cables in and out.
    And they make an attachment for your vacuum for cleaning the dryer - it didn’t cost much and fits my Dyson stick vac perfectly.
    And so on - instead of these crappy hacks that take extra effort and time just do a search for the right product.

    When anything says hack that's not a good thing the word hack means you're a hack. Meaning you don't know what you're doing your work is a shoddy job or you don't do a good job working. So until these people quit using the word hack I'm not going to pay attention to myself

    What would possess anyone to write on their appliances that they spent hundreds or thousands of dollars on? That's what Post It notes or Samsung Notes are for.

  • @the1_grammy503

    Ok man with the creepy voice:
    Fires do not start in the washing machine. They start from the dryer. Also, repeated use of dry erase markers will stain your surfaces. Next up let’s talk about those wood skewers. They will be rubbing the edge of the knives just like a regular knife holder.
