I am very surprised by your comment. I grew up in Rayagada(Jaykaypur suburb). My experience with immigrants from out of state was just the opposite. Many who lived there for decades and went to school with me did not bother to speak Odia. They lived in their own ghetto.

Because on the way from Rayagada to Karaput river jhanjabti flowing beside the road side.this river is no so much danger.Haluaa,sankes,and talagumaa is the best. Picnic
