Amazon Prints them and handles it. We don't really have an control over it unfortunately. Over the Holidays it got really bogged down. I'd recommend reaching out to them if you haven't gotten it yet. Sorry we can't be more of a help. This was the best option for it to make it available. Typically it only takes a week or two.
