I totally agree with you that many people will be looking to relocate! There are already soooo many looking and not enough homes. Hahaha the ARMPIT! The waterfront is beautiful. Great content!
hi Claudia - I have been looking at multi-family homes in South Amboy but haven't had much luck. Is there a local realtor or contact that you can suggest? Thanks in advance.
Thanks for watching Garrett! Yes I’ll look into this, also for reference here’s recent news on the ferry to Manhattan - www.mycentraljersey.com/story/news/local/middlesex-county/2022/11/08/south-amboy-nj-ferry-terminal-service/69625830007/
Can you please do a more updated video of this city and it’s crime rates and all the places that might have been added im from a bad area of Nj with a lot of crime and thinking of moving to south amboy every time I try to find out information it’s only good things and I know all that nots true cause it’s the same thing that would pop up if I looked up my city. Also a update on the project would be amazing
Thanks for watching! It may be best to sync with a local agent to get more info on the area today. Claudia is a very experienced agent in the area - instagram.com/claudia_e_muniz?igsh=aHpqMWtkeXl2enRr
@@TechInRealEstateTYSM this helped a lot I only thing I’m wondering is this whole article is talking about it happening in Sayreville New Jersey but I was meant to believe it was happening on the south amboy waterfront area. ?
@@rehanplayzmc6426 Gotcha, last time I had boots on the ground in summer of 2023 it looked like they were continuing development by the water front. They completed the Station Bay apartments along the water front and had cleared out trees / debris by the water front. Unfortunately I cannot find a news article for timeline or latest updates, however a local agent can likely help here. Seeing the Riverton project is moving forward in the neighboring town is a good sign though
Yeah, South Amboy is facing a huge boom in apartment complex development and becoming more of a city every day, meanwhile Foodtown has been gone for years. Can't wait to get out of this no-longer-quiet town lol
Great video! The South Amboy and Sayreville area will see a boom in the next few years. Between "The Point" mall and townhouse complex currently under development west of SA, the new Raritan River bridge under construction, the new Condo's under construction in the old factory area, and a few other key spots, this will be a very busy, updated area. If you go a few miles south, the Old Bridge area is busy converting farmland and forest into shopping plazas and homes. There is a large undeveloped area between Sayreville and South Old Bridge, that used to be a US Military Nike Missle silo site. Perth Amboy and the surrounding area is also looking at some serious future development. I would take into consideration that there are a handful of toxic waste sites in the area, along with the pollution concern in the Raritan Bay. The 'SuperFund' site located on the north-west section of Cheesequake State Park is an interesting story. The city does not talk about it, but a brief look at the Google Earth timeline will show that there was heavy work done recaping this spot. This might impact desireability. Either way, all these areas will have more residents and will surely take advantage of the planned access to the ferry and train station.
Today I saw your 4 year old video about South Amboy. My question is do you have the same opinion after 4 years ? Any new good or bad , positive or negative updates on it ? What is your opinion now !
Thanks for watching! I still like South Amboy as a market to invest and live in. With RTO more people are commuting again and proximity to NYC is important. Adding the ferry service has been a big boost to the town. Riverton project has been delayed but seems like there is movement on development - patch.com/new-jersey/matawan-aberdeen/riverton-development-sayreville-gets-400-million-tax-breaks

Thanks John for watching! I’d suggest reaching out to either Claudia Muniz (in the comments) or Simpy Sadana @sellyourhome_simpy for local realtors that have in depth knowledge in the area
This is very informative! I also live in central jersey and I taught myself how to code so I'm also into data science and I'm trying to get into wholesale real estate. Is there a way I can reach out to your personally? Do you have social media?
Thanks for watching! I'd be happy to chat more and point you to any resources that could help. Please set up time with this link - calendly.com/analyticsariel/free-consultation
Have you ever visit the Municipal office in South Amboy? Funny racist people. Explain the Property Tax please? lol. The property value is DEAD since 2010. JOBs? What JOB? there is nothing in South Amboy. Last 10 years no businesses survive more than 6 months
Thanks for watching the video! If you have any data driven insights on your remarks please do share, reference to the source will be greatly appreciated!
