I really don't know why people are giving the fallen series crap they are just supposed to be action packed epic moves. Not everything has to be so complex with realism.
I call that little move “The Mike Banning.” I’m pretty sure he also did it in Olympus when he saved the secretary from getting executed by Yeonsak Kang.
The only thing my wife and I gained out of this movie, is when life is about to get interesting (nothing nearly exciting as this) we say, “things are about to get sporty”. Worth the catchphrase.
"Olympus Has Fallen" was always my favorite but maybe I gotta give "London" another watch. I remember enjoying this flick. I forgot how badass the cinematography in this scene was. I think this one shot take sequence was before Chad Stahelski (John Wick) and Sam Hargrave (Extraction) started doing it for their films.
5:23, Pay attention to the gun of the last guy Mike kills, the first scene is him holding an AK-47, and after Mike slides to kill the guy, the guy is now holds an MP5K.
For supposedly having only a "small force" and taking heavy casualties in that fight, the main character certainly seems to have a lot of reinforcements replenishing them
@@hx20games77 you missed my point. Yeah, they're good, but they emphasize how they don't have many men, but yet they keep going down and more just come out of no where to replace them
it is a small force though. I mean it's basically only a mix of rag tag SAS and US armed forced from the embassy IN London. They should have APC, HMG or even tank considering the situation. Term of heavy casualties in outside of war zone can mean a lot of things. 5 SAS and 6 us soldiers died in the middle of London is heavy casualties
@@BenchPressManiac I don't have any firearm experience at all, wouldn't you want an opposition that can't aim and just fires for effect? I'm that kind of guy that just blows through mags because I can't aim
It's a shame people are so hung up about this being 'call of duty' (which really just says more about the small world some people live in when they immediately associate a cinematic military shootout with a video game), or rag on about the movie. Because they miss probably the most significant factoid about the first part of the clip, that's been constructed to look like a single shot of film with no cuts. It's amazing cinematography and editing. Of course, it's actually multiple cuts, and they fudge transitions using sweeps or explosions, etc. But this type of scene is not very common, and takes a lot of work and vision to pull of. It's ironic that this is one of the factors probably triggering people to compare it to a video game, where your perspective as a 'player' means the camera rarely cuts away. But still it's not significant to them.
Imagine how short the movie would be if it was like real life? Good guy sticks his head around corner while his team mates are dropping like flies, good guy cops bullet in the head, movie over lol. Cool action sequence though.
It's funny how at 5:39 the second guy keeps running forward even after seeing the guy 3 feet in front of him get a bullet in his brain the millisecond he entered the hallway lol
@@dane0phelps Well yeah real fights are boring and wouldn't look good in a movie. It's just people hiding behind cover using suppressive fire while waiting for air support
In this kind of situation this men attacking through that kind of street, they would be dead in 15 seconds or less, even if they throw smoke grenades for the enemy they don't need to see where to shoot. First, there should some kind of covering fire from another building with machineguns, rocket launchers and mortars, and make the enemy to put their heads down, only that maybe these atracking unit could have a chance, of course if the enemy didn't have booby traps in the doors and windows in the sides of the streets before reaching the main line of defense. Just a suicide and stupid way to die in combat reaching not a single objective.

Thank you for uploading more
People forget movies can also just be made for fun.
Christopher Nolan has set the bar pretty high
Whoever created this scene definitely plays CoD.
I think they played splinter cell , rhe Scottish muppet is trying so hard to be Sam Fisher
@@michaelwright8787 is trying so hard to be right
yea, all the "Tier 1" guys dying like NPCs
Cause of the SAS leader being Captain Price lol.
this is one shot , how awesome is that
5:35 mike's got some COD veteran bot instinct. Just knowing there was a guy coming around the corner behind him. Lol

It’s something called having ears , he woulda been able to hear them further away tbf due to echo and the surroundings he was in
Mike Banning has good gamesense

true
first scene davis hold HK416, then few second later , it is HK- G36 Like lmao
Glad im not the only one who notices that. Its been bugging me for a while now.😁
I don’t expect actors to know the nomenclature of all the guns, but how about using the same gun in every scene you’re in? They don’t look alike.
What most likely happened was the prop was misplaced or they just completely forgot after the cut and they just used the mp5 prop instead
I'd like to say how awesome the camera man is for having ultra instinct so to continue shooting all these footages
cameraman

It like COD 4 Modern Warfare.
These guys are S.A.S (Special air service) these guys are special forces

This one movie which shows the main character reloading
You should watch John wick
I would like to see Gerald as Sam Fisher (Splinter Cell)
I swear every man dreams about rescuing their crush in this fashion
I dont give a fuck what people say about this scene, i love it. Just pure adrenaline and action. Not everything has to be realistic or tactical
THE VOICE OF SAS TEAM LEADER , SO MUCH SIMILAR WITH Cpt Price the man of COD
best scene in the movie
No one will survive the hailstorm of bullets unless of course its Gérard Butler, lol
That's an HK416 right there
2:23 rust scream lol
An army of over 100 armed terrorists, how did they not send an entire military in there to root them out, or all the SAS?
Only Call Of Duty player can relate this scene 😢
Everybody is a bad shot in these movies. But that's ok, I don't want anybody to get hurt. Still actual fun to watch.
What?? Tons of bodies down. It seems you have ZERO military exerpience.
