Practice self service compassion and self care and mindfulness and make decision that you only focusing on your matric, only 10 weeks left and after you can see of focus on anything else but now deliberately and intentionally only prioritise and focus on matric while intentionally practicing self compassion and real self care like physically exercise and mind
