You have an ASMR type voice. Extremely relaxing listening to you. These insoles are awesome and I highly recommend them. I've used them for years because of plantar fasciitis, especially when I take my trips to Disneyworld and walk for days.

@@kaybriellen You are almost recording ASMR as it is. Just need to bring a microphone close to you and speak even softer. Also go into great details with the subject(s) you are talking about (i.e. shoes in this case, the padding, stitching, color options, etc) to purposesly create a long video. Soothing voices = trust and relaxation. With trust and relaxation comes a larger and happier audience. At least that's my take on it.

Excellent coverage on the types of Superfeet insoles. Went to the podiatrist and she suggested I get them for my foot problem, but she gave me 3 choices (Green, Berry, or Blue). Saw your video, went to the store and tried all 3, and got the Berry.

Just started working at Dicks Sporting Goods and in the footwear section there is a wall of this insoles brand but I really didn't understand if what was the purpose of the colors, how they work and most important how to use them. Your video is really helpful, and I feel more comfortable now that I understand what each insole is for and how to explain it to customers. Thank you for the video!

I also leave in the original insoles as I love that slight extra snug feeling. I have tried these insoles without the original insoles inside and they work great…but honestly I get the same benefit and feel with the original insoles inside as well…just a more snug feel.
I am using Nike shoes which have very slim insoles…so it really depends on the size of the original insoles as some shoes come with much thicker insoles.
These Superfeet insoles are amazing. I use the Orange High Impact for one set of shoes and the Green High arch Support for my other pair. I LOVE these insoles. These Superfeet insoles inside my shoes make them a match made in heaven for my feet. 🙂

Hi, great video. One thing I’m not sure that I understand is that do you need to have two different kinds of insoles, one for walking and one for running? Or is there a multi-purpose insole that super fee sells? I was looking at the super feet green carbon but I think that one’s just for sports if I’m correct, so I was going to go with the standard green. What do you think?

@@hippo71124 hi, I use the carbon and black insoles in 99% of my dress shoes. Some of my dress shoes are a bit roomier that others and that’s when I use the black ones. My less roomier shoes get the carbon ones. Carbon and black are my go to, and my blue ones are rarely worn. I wear dress shoes at work and I’m on my feet for about 8 hours a day. Oh man! having these insoles make my days better. I never use these insoles in any other shoes..my sneakers are comfy enough. The different between the black and carbon is definitely noticeable once you have them in your shoes and put your feet in. It all comes down to how much room you have in your shoes. Oh, I take out the original insoles in most of my dress shoes and toss them once I use them as a template. I hope this helps. Sorry! I went on and on.

for example I tried the size D which is for 7.5-9 and it was the exact same length as my stock snowboard boot insole, but my boot is a size 10 US men... Im wondering if I should go with the size D, or the size E which is in the recommended size range and trim it.

    • @kaybriellen

Your heel should sit nicely in the heel cup, support starts on the medial side of the heel, the support shouldn't be too far forward.
If you're able to get fitted I would recommend it and shop locally. In the video I explain how to fit yourself and trim the insoles. Which, it sounds like you need to go with the E and trim to fit. The insoles needs to fit your foot properly.

I've tried the green foot insole (high arch) and don't recommend it. People with flat feet should use low arch or medium arch foot insoles. It just depends. Try finding out what kind of flat feet you have because there are different kinds and then try finding the best foot insole for you. I didn't know this and only realized after I bought the most reviewed foot insole on Amazon. lol Blue superfeet is medium arch and the black ones are made for low arches. • @kaybriellen

You need an insole to trace it with. I would never cut on the line. Once you cut it you can't undo it. I would keep trimming till it fits in the shoe. Be careful of trimming it too short.
