JESUS CHRIST died for us on a cross for our sins. 3 days after his death he resurrected and was, is, and will be The LIVING GOD. Repent from your sins and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior in a prayer and also ask for the HOLY SPIRIT to come into you in that same prayer as well and have FAITH in JESUS CHRIST. You could come to Jesus Christ as you are, but once you accept Him, you have to become new, change, and be born again, and also turn away from your wicked ways. Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. God Bless You. The Bible is the true word of God. Please read the Bible and you will see Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Praise only be to GOD. Give your life to CHRIST. JESUS CHRIST IS COMING SOON FOR HIS CHURCH.

It’s not just about benching someone, it’s the fact that Pep plays mind games and doesn’t communicate. If he explained his decision to his army before or even after the game, the player has context. But he doesn’t and this hurts his relationships.

    • @wengelder9256

How do you know what goes on in the dressing room ? You don’t . Jesus is a cry baby . Benched once or twice and wants to leave . Same as Cancelo . He played most of the games the season he left , more than many other players. Not enough . Left , not missed . Jesus has weak mentality if he can’t handle this . And managers aren’t supposed to defend each and every of their decisions to players . Jesus gone . Not missed . Zinchenko gone , not missed .
The real reason why Jesus left is that he was not happy with his salary … City was prepared to double his salary , but he left for Arsenal for a considerable higher salary than what he made at city and still much higher than the money city was offering him .
      Good deal for both .
Again , you talk about a manager you don’t know. Just look at the money . That’s usually tells us all we need to know .

@@F-A7 Guardiola is a manager . He is supposed to get results . The “ many “ players are just a few , Jesus , Cancelo and that’s about it . And none of them were essential to city ( Jesus is on the bench at Arsenal often too ) . And you must be another person who has insight in the dressing room or management style of a club, while u don’t . This is business . All players that left were expendable. It’s that simple . But these days , weak people need to be mentally pampered , even when they make big money . They need to be emotionally secured and comforted so their little egos won’t get bruised . I don’t pretend to know what is going on , if anything . You and some others do . Without any basic knowledge . Manager and players must perform. With the salaries they make , it’s only just. No need for drama queens who end up elsewhere with either better money or at clubs that win fuck all .Maybe you aren’t used to strong managers and leadership , be that in football or elsewhere , that demands performance ,discipline and results . Look in the mirror

What about Yaya Toure, Samuel E'too, Sterling, even Henry said something similar that he was benched even though he did something different on the pitch in which he scored and Barcelona won the game.
People keep saying he is a serial winner but for me that's at big clubs with unlimited resources that can get the best players.
I would like to see him at a club with average resources to see what he does there. Too many top players have said similar things about him not to take notice.

    • @wengelder9256
      @wengelder9256 หลายเดือนก่อน +10

@@davidsmith-ji5ym I know very well what Henry said . And it wasn’t negative at all . Quite the opposite . Henry also said that Guardiola was the best manager who he ever worked with . You are twisting Henry’s words . . And when , at your job , you don’t follow instructions , there will be consequences . It’s that simple .
The Sterling and Jesus case were similar . In both cases , city offered a new contract at better conditions , but with the caveat that competition in the squad would increase. Some players are snowflakes that get upset when they are benched a few times . It’s Guardiola’s job to bring out the best in the whole squad , and it’s not his job to protect fragile mental states of certain players .
Walker was benched a lot last season … less so in the last part of the season and he played almost always since then .
Your argument is that PG only manages good teams . So should he just leave everything up to the players ? He is running a tight ship. If you can’t stand the heat , leave the kitchen . Some left , with better compensation and are still whining like little kids .
Finally Guardiola makes a salary roughly three times a high as the ceo and later Chairman of Japans biggest global corporation , in charge of 340,000 employees . Do u think the latter will be a “ nice man “ when it comes to business ?

Jesus is now playing with Zinchenko in Arsenal (He only doesn't play when He's injured or off form) and I can say confidently that he contributes on the pitch. He is a good striker but he needs more goals to be a full striker. He is skillful and I can't forget how he humiliated Dalot to give Arsenal 3-1 against Man United. Pep's many current and former players admit that they thought they knew football until they met Pep and got a whole football curriculum. KDB said, he [Pep] says things that makes you ask yourself why hasn't any other coach ever told me this before. Pep is an intuitive manager he said in one of his recent interviews that the players tell him what to do, with their abilities or weaknesses he plays them as per the information they signal to him. You often hear him talking about players "smelling the goal" which translates to when players' form is going through a peak of precision and when presented with sudden opportunity and clear sight of goal, they put it away! Pep must have seen something in Zinchenko in training and we know he [Zinchenko] has the ability to be dangerous upfront and while Jesus was probably experiencing a deep in form. I see how Jesus could have read it as being humiliated but I don't think Pep is a sadistic person like that, I just think he is a winner and he envisioned a risk and took it. It did not work he called in his number 9.

Imagine Pep Guardiola managing a mid table club with ordinary budget...you think he would have treated his best players that way? He is so lucky winning all these trophies with such high budget even the Financial Fair Play seems to look like a joke to everyone. Which is why I look up to managers like Roberto De Zerbi, Klopp, and Xabi Alonso. They work with a tight budget and they manage to compete with those OIL clubs at the very top.

Pep escapes all this complaints because he keeps winning.

Man city are one of the best teams in the world & the fact that Pep even has you around means he thinks your world level so it’s just childish that you would feel rejected & sulk about it

It is really confusing to put a left back on the false nine position. Pep always made some wired changes in the big games, making some players play in unfamiliar positions. But most of them were total failures. Pep can barely beat the team led by Zidane, Ancelotti. When he faces opponents like that, he will be too scared to use the formation he mostly often used.

Always good to move on and take up different challenge elsewhere once you are no longer required. The lifespan of a footballer is only that short, unless you prefer to sit on the bench, where the lifespan is going to even shorter.

Players get a ridiculous amount of money. Its a job, Pep in the manager. He isn't paid to be friends with the player, he is paid to get results. He does that. If a player wants to be coddled go play for another team. But it's a job, that's it.

I believe Man City would win at least 3 UCL in Guardiola era if he's not overthinking, if he's not putting up his ego on his communication and if he's not put risky experiment on his line up.
He's even overthink at the this year UCL quarter against Madrid. He cost Man City a lose.
City really had a good academy player tho, let's say forbes, mebude, palmer, mcatee, delap, frimpong, sancho, etc. He let them leave instead he buying player like grealish, kovacic, nunes, akanji, and some other expensive-useless buy.
He had extremely good academy player and big big money, he's not using that effectively and still had only one UCL in his era. That's the problem about Guardiola.
