Cathy, don’t ever feel embarrassed about your weight. This is why we love you, you are so real and we can relate to your struggles. I injured my Achilles tendon in Italy in June 2023 and have not been able to exercise either. I just had surgery 6 weeks ago and I have a long recovery. I too gave struggled to lose weight during this time and have actually gained. My husband also has a serious health challenge so that stress doesn’t help. Your husband’s illness and prognosis is heartbreaking, and I so admire that you are still even able to put out all of your videos. Oh, and I need cataract surgery also like you. We see ourselves in you, and you are doing a fantastic job for yourself and for all of us, encouraging us as well. Please stay strong, and we continue to pray for your husband.
I'm 57 and it's taken me ALL YEAR to lose 32 pounds and that is without facing all that you are. You should be very proud of yourself. Just keep on going and know you have your follower's support and prayers!
This is Paula Goins-Walters. The train did not crash. It tried to jump the track. That can only happen if you let it! Nothing can have control over your mind unless you allow it. You are a VERY strong woman! You have done such a wonderful job with your weight loss and I pray that you continue on your journey. Straighten your crown, put that beautiful smile on your face and move forward with your goals! You are a wonderful person and I so appreciate you! You CAN DO IT! Yes YOU can! Think Positive! Make healthy choices! Know that you are loved! Many prayers! Hugs!
Dear Cathy, My heart breaks for you. I lost two of my sons over the last two years and I know where you're coming from. One son had serious health problems for his whole life. You are so sweet Cathy...Never Never have to feel guilty, shamed or downheartened for using food as a coping mechanism. We are so overcrowded with people who lean on alcohol, and drugs and that is so much more damaging. You do you Cathy. I love your honesty and bravery for telling us your story. I will continue watching.
Cathy, you are doing the best you can. Not gaining your weight back is a huge accomplishment. My heart goes out to you. As a former Oncology Nurse, I know what you're going through. WW has a great support system. I swear by it.
Cathy please take care of yourself. You make progress, do not shame yourself. I also crave sugar and it is a struggle. Prayers for your husband, I will continue for you also. We watch your channel because we care about you. 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
I honestly empathize with your struggle. My husband is 100% disabled vet. I am his caregiver. Oftentimes, self care suffers. The last few years, my BMI has crept up over 40%. I'm 62, btw. I also had a torn miniscus in my right knee that required surgery. I decided to see a bariatric surgeon. A big part of qualifying for surgery is therapy. It shone a light onto issues in a way that allowed me to correct those issues. We all have to find our own path to health. If I'm not strong and healthy, I simply can't be the caregiver my husband needs. You're not alone, I'm all about positive thinking and meditation. They really, really help.
Twenty seven pounds you should be SO proud. Injuries are so frustrating. God Bless you and your husband. Make sure you take the time to enjoy the holidays.
I completely understand what you’re saying here. My husband was diagnosed in 2007 with kidney cancer and he was a childhood survivor of leukemia. Food was how I coped. I gained 80#. The worry, the responsibility, the frightening part of watching somebody you love go through a disease is something no one understands unless you’ve been through it. I am so happy to report that with prayers, with the never-ending faithfulness of the Lord, my husband is still cancer free. Don’t beat up on yourself, give yourself grace. At 56 years of age and going through menopause, I was fighting a losing battle with weight gain and cravings, night sweats and hot flashes. My cholesterol and blood pressure and weight got to be too much so I did a whole lot of investigating on the trizepitide and Semaglutide weight loss phenomenon that is happening to some here in the United States. This medication is something I’ve been on now for almost three months. I’ve lost 25 pounds. I feel great. It’s something to look into for yourself. Not sure how that works in Canada, but it has changed my life. Take care. Hugs to you hang in there.❤
Cathy, I know we would be friends in real life if we had the opportunity. I love how real you are. I am amazed by your fortitude. And your work ethic. You are an inspiration.
Cathy, I can identify with your situation in life. After many years of struggling with weight issues, I looked into Intermittent Fasting and it has changed my weight loss journey tremendously. I recommend the book Fast, Feast, Repeat by Gin Stephens. ( Intermittent Fasting may not be suitable to your body's needs, though, so discuss it with your dr and nutritionist as suggested in the book.) I've lost 30 pounds since Sept. 1, 2024, and feeling better than I've ever felt. The book is super informative and enjoyable reading, so I urge you to read it and enjoy. Bless you and yours.
YES!!! Weight Watcher support groups are the best. When I get stuck at a plateau I still go to meetings and hear others are struggling like me. It's the long game that matters.
Gosh Cathy you are an Incredibly Strong Lady! Be so proud of yourself! 27 pounds is incredible and I give you so much credit for not unraveling with all that’s on your plate. Sending love & prayers to you and your husband & daughter. Positive healing thoughts for the New Year….Try to be easy on you…you have earned grace in that department.❤️
Cathy, I’m in total awe of how strong, brave and courageous you are ! You give us so much interesting and useful content while you are going through so much ! I think you are doing great with the weight loss, when I’m stressed, I eat everything in sight! I’m very addicted to sugar, candy, coca colas and sweet tea ! I’m praying for you and your husband to have a relaxing, healthy 2025 !
Hi Cathy, I’m so proud of you for keeping the 27 lbs off! 27 lbs is a big number. It’s a tough job sticking with a plan but you always get back on it. I too believe in the power of prayer, your husband is a fine example. I will continue praying for y’all to stay strong and healthy.
I think you’ve done incredibly well. I’m also an emotional eater and know how difficult it is to lose weight when you’re stressed. Keep your head high and be proud of yourself for what you have achieved, especially under such difficult circumstances. We’re all behind you. Love from England and best wishes for yourself and your family. X❤
You truly a gracious beautiful woman and loving wife. I finally bought Spanx! Clearing closest of frumpy tops. Hope my new clothes look great on me like yours do. Praying fir you and husband.
Hi Cathy, I lost my husband last spring after many years of severe health problems. Then I went through four months of different pre sepsis infections along with procedures. Thanksgiving I had to put my beautiful 15 year old fur baby down. It's been a year of tears. Obviously being on 6 antibiotics for four months I had to start on building my immune system up. My doctor suggested ELT therapy for my lymphatic system. My insurance doesn't cover it but I cannot express how just one visit helped me so much mentally and physically. My body and mind were completely run down. I wasn't expecting the mental clarity from ELT. My energy is improving as well. Ive been going weekly for several weeks. If this is offered in Canada, you may want to research it. I highly encourage it. It's painless, relaxing, and has rejuvenated my spirit. God bless and I will continue sending my prayers. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Thank you for sharing. I was diagnosed with an incurable blood cancer 8 years ago. Today through the power faith & prayer I am still here. Some days are hard & dark. I try to feel all my feelings & I give myself grace each day. I will keep you & your Family in prayer. I enjoy your videos & have learned so much from them. God bless 🙏🏼
You are an inspiration to all of us. Your honesty in sharing your feelings is heartwarming. I wish you much happiness in 2025. Sincerely..another Canadian
As we get older, it's so much harder to lose weight and so much easier to make poor food chooses. Like you, I've had to do what I needed to do to get through some tough times. Well done on getting support from a dietician. Sending you blessings that all goes well in other areas of your life too ❤
Actually I am Cathy's age. I lost 20 pounds in 3 months..20 pounds was my goal.. and have kept it off for over a year. I did low low almost zero carbs. Still doing it. Wearing a size 10. Was not difficult at all.
Hi Cathy! Oh wow! I can’t imagine having to wait that long for an MRI or any other test/surgery. So sorry. I have had I think 16 or 17 surgeries including eye surgery. I can see how that would frighten you having your first one. I used to work at Weight Watchers in the 80’s. I still have some of my materials and think about doing it every now and then. We love you here Cathy. Continued prayers for you and your husband! ❤
Cathy, my husband had cancer for 8 years and I was his caregiver. He too outlived the doctors’ expectations. I will be praying for you. I also suggest you look into keto and carnivore diets which radically increase protein. Enjoy your holidays and spend time with your husband sharing precious time and memories.
HI Cathy.....thank you for being so honest with us. Resistance training sounds like a good idea. That is my plan. Strength training is really good for our bones!
I so appreciate your unflinching honesty. People often see only the results, but are oblivious or choose not to see how hard the journey can be. I wish you and your family all the best - and hoping you have a lovely holiday season. Meanwhile, whenever I can't face a grim trudge in the driving rain out here in Vancouver I'll head to the mall and get my steps in there. I basically walk from one end to the other and up and down the escalators between floors. It's visually stimulating, warm and dry and I figure better to get the steps there than sit brooding at my window wishing it wasn't winter. Anyway, I'm totally rooting for you and so happy to hear that you haven't given up on yourself!
Cathy thank you for sharing with us all your personal struggles. Never feel bad or embarrassed about your health struggles, you are not alone. My major problem is also sugar and straggle with it. Sorry to hear about your husband and everything you had to deal with. My God bless your family and sending prayers to your husband 🙏🙏 God make miracles happen ✨✨😇
God bless you Cathy! My best wishes to you and your family. You are so incredibly honest about all the challenges that you have faced and continue to face. Stay strong, you are doing great.
Hi Cathy … first, you look so lovely tonight … and second, your video tonight was so inspiring. With everything you have on your shoulders, I thank you for sharing some of the important issues you are working through, and you keep going. It made me re-think my attitude about life in general. I am praying for you and your husband for strength to deal with what comes your way. I’m almost 78, and I lost my husband to cancer 7 years ago. God bless you and your family. ❤
Sweets have been my downfall my entire life, so I totally get your coping mechanism of candy. You inspire me daily. I am 64 and continue to struggle with my weight.
I’ve walked the path you’re on, Cathy. I was my husband’s caregiver for many years and used sugary foods as my coping mechanism. I gained a ton of weight and have since lost about half of it. This video touched my heart in many ways. You are a gutsy lady. Sending lots of positive energy and hugs your way!
Wow. Thank you for opening your heart to us. I've been following you for about a year now, so I knew about the things you mentioned. But to hear it all at one time. Wow. First of all, though, you are now eating a much more healthy diet. That alone is worth so much. But I wonder if you are so isolated, with working from home, pretty much alone. And you haven't been able to get out walking. That's a lot of isolation. I think it would do you a world of good to join a support group group. Just to be able to talk with others would hopefully brighten up your day. Please continue to take care of yourself and keep us posted. We truly care, and your family is in our prayers.
Awww Cathy. You have had a ROUGH year. And I love hearing that you are going to prioritize YOURSELF. You have to. For your sake and for your family. Good for you! xoxo
You are an inspiration to me. You are so honest with yourself and with us, your viewers. That is so rare in this IG world, where all we see is 'pretty pictures' of people's lives. I wish you peace, joy, and health for you and your husband this year. Life is not a sprint! Keep walking one step at a time.
Hi Cathy, My husband died last year after only a 6 years cancer trek. He was only 70. Keep up the good thoughts and look after yourself as that is all you have control of. I've had my own health things to deal with since and have leant on the children and friends. That has been comforting and wonderful. I thought rural Australia had long waits for things, like MRIs!! Good luck with it not taking too long.
God still performs miracles and I'm grateful you have experienced one and are still together. Continued prayers for you both. (I like the longer videos best!)
Thank you for sharing what you are going through. You are amazing! Blessings and prayers to you and your family. I have a similar situation and find myself reaching for the cookies more often than I should.
RE: cataracts… the best thing to happen to a lot of people. The replacement lens is chosen to give optimal vision. I understand the fear, but to those of you who need this surgery, it will be amazing! 😊
Thank you for your openness and honesty - that takes courage. You have had trials that would break many. I hope you have a lovely Christmas with well-earned treats - 2025 can be your fresh start - who's counting? God bless you in your self-care and weight loss effort. ⭐🎅
I honor you for sharing this. I think the take-home message is that we are human and not perfect. Life is full of ups and downs and we will not do anything perfectly, whether it's eating or work or being a wife or parent. Giving ourselves some grace and leeway, I believe, is as important as loving ourselves and our bodies where we are. I'm about to turn 54, so not too far from you, and menopause wasn't a joke and now dealing with post-menopause is proving to require its own adjustments. Aging is not easy, but hey, we made it this far! I believe there is a purpose, and death is not the end. You have done awesome, sticking by your husband and being a strong, supportive wife. I am also the main breadwinner. My husband is sick with long-term COVID-19, and it can be hard, but all we can do is take it one day at a time.
You are an inspiration. We all have our own trials and tribs, and hearing how others have dealt with theirs gives us hope that we will make it work. Sending prayers for healing and renewed health. ❤❤ Celebrate you!
Girl you are doing fine. I started a weight loss journey in February of this year with a goal to lose 25 pounds. I’m down 18 pounds and I’m proud. It’s been hard with life’s slips and dips. Like me you haven’t gain back. It’s a win!! We love ya❤. And yes. Weights make a difference at our age.
Hi Cathy, please know we are all praying for you and your family. Also know that we send love and support to you. You give me so much support and strength to try and do my best with self care, weight loss , and staying current dressed as a plus sized woman. I’ve struggled all my life with weight issues. After losing my husband suddenly 2 1/2 years ago I had a case of I don’t cares… don’t care what I look like , don’t care what I do (being active or not) and not focusing on healthy foods. I so look forward to your videos as the strength and connection to keep going. Thank you so much for all that you do for all of us. You are much appreciated and loved. Prayers and blessings to you and your family. 🙏🙏❤️🤗🌲
You are a remarkable lady Cathy. I too bury my emotions in food and am learning to eat better and chip away at the weight. Enjoy the Holidays and time with your family.
Yes, sometimes life gets in the way! Looking at you number of subscribers, I am sure everyone has life situations that make them understand the ups and downs of your journey. The attitude is so important and you are definitely a winner there Cathy ☺️
God bless you, Cathy. I'm praying for you and your husband. I struggle with food, too. Food prep definitely helps, adequate sleep and exercise helps with the stress. Self care is the hardest thing there is. Having loving friends, church family, support groups all help. I'm with you, girlfriend. ❤
First of all.... you’ve had so much on your plate. My heart just goes out to you. When you’re giving out so much it’s hard to scrape up enough for yourself. You are such a wonderfully strong woman! I applauded you! I’m 67.... hard to believe actually, but have never been this chunky and find it so difficult to just get on board and work at getting it off. It’s been a lifelong struggle as well. I agree that support is so important. Doing it alone is hard. But doing nothing is harder. You inspire me to work harder on me and I thank you! Bless you sweet lady! Enjoy your Christmas with your hubby and your family. You really are doing great! 🥰🇺🇸🌴
Hi again! A few things helping me are Swaps! Saw on Amazn that u can get Reeces sugar free! Also, that Shea Whitney got a rebounder (mini round trampoline). U only have to bounce for like 2 mins to get good results, getting ur heart rate up, even just tapping ur feet on it!! This will help more this winter cuz dont wanna slip and fall in Denver! ❤ 😊. Merry Christmas. "Caregiver stress" is very real 😮. 🌲 🎄
Oh man! Everything you said resonates with me. But first, I want to say I am sending continued prayers for the health of your husband, and for you. It would be helpful if you could say hubby's first name, so the prayers can be even more personal (as opposed to "Cathy and her husband", but Cathy and Joe, or whatever). My husband has had cancer since 2002, with 3 re-occurrences, and many major side issues with operations that have to do with having his kind of cancer. Just this past year, we have spend from Feb to August in and out of hospital, doing tests etc. His health care is in the US, so although there are wait times, it is less than in ON where you and I are. Cathy, I got so much out of this video, and there is so much more to say, but I will just say you have done so well to keep off the 27 pounds. I lost ten, then gained it back. And now I can't exercise much because of an umbilical hernia which I have to wait 7 months to get fixed. DF is not getting my vote... In any case, have a hug from me, Cathy. I wish you a blessed Christmas with your family and friends.
Maintaining is an important part of a weight loss journey. Good job! Yes, a monthly check in would be great. Thanks for inspiring me! Best wishes to you and your family.
Cathy, thank you so much for sharing your story. So many of us can relate. You have nothing to be ashamed of! Thank God your husband’s health has improved so much! Ours is not to question why…
I hope you have a lovely holiday season with your family. I appreciate hearing your story and can relate to it in many ways. Similar situation happened to me, but we were in our 40's when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. It certainly does change your life, and you do have the tendency to put yourself on the back burner. Good for you for not blaming and shaming yourself. You still have a lot going on so you need to give yourself some grace also. Keeiping you and your family in prayer.
You've done so well dealing with everything life has thrown at you! I hope that 2025 is a wonderful, successful year for you. 💙 I'm on a weight loss journey too and am a Weight Watchers member. I think a monthly weight loss check-in video would be great!
I would always put others first. I would miss my walk to help someone out. So im always on the back burner. As of Dec 1st i am putting my self first. Thanks Cathy
Cathy, I am so proud of your weight loss journey. Don’t be ashamed of your weight. You are a beautiful person. I truly believe society needs to change what a “woman” should look like. I have a weight issue as well and I am 66 and finally have decided that I an okay the way I am as long as I am healthy and follow my doctors advice. Keep with the positive attitude.
HI Cathy, I enjoy your videos and you are not alone. I wondered if you have considered going to the US and paying for your MRI ? I know someone who went to Buffalo and had a minimal wait. Best Wishes
Cathy I’m 70 so I’m heading into my 30th surgery. I now have a very bad torn rotator cuff. That being said you can only do what you can do. I’ve always been a person with a more “ sunny “ disposition. That helps a lot. The first time I watched you I sensed some low energy. Perhaps you have a tad of depression. Boy, I’ve been there too. I live in Western New York it’s cold and snowy here and grey everyday. I struggle. With that as well. I also can no longer walk. So I smile laugh as much as possible and it helps. The old “ fake it till you make it” sometimes helps. I wish you and your family great love and support we are all out here are sending a big giant hug, love and our support. Happy Healthy Holidays to all. 😊🤗♥️🎄🎄🎄🎄🍾
Wishing you a speedy recovery. My mom tore her rotator cuff in her late 70s and I remember it being so painful for her. Happy Holidays to you as well! xo
Kathy- same as you, I’m a caregiver for hubby with metastatic cancer & he gets chemo every 3 weeks indefinitely. We live in 3 month increments with the CT scans too. I pray for you & absolutely enjoy your honesty & feel like you’re a friend. Have you ever considered doing a zoom call for all of us so we could support each other? ❤ that would be awesome 👏 please consider it. Sending love & peace to you this Christmas season 🎄
I too am stuck at 27lb, no loss for the last 5 months, I am just flitting between 27lb and 29lb loss - but none put back on either and I’m super proud of that. In the past this would trigger giving up but I’m still determined to lose the other half of my planned loss. Over 50 it’s blooming hard to do! You have been very inspiring and a big support on my journey, I found your channel a year ago, just after I had started, I too was doing balanced plate, and I love all the tips you’ve given along the way. All that you have going on and you are still doing amazingly well. Gotta take the little wins where they fall. And keep carrying on. You should be so proud of all that you’ve accomplished. Love all of your videos, not just the weight loss ones. Best wishes to you and your family, sending healing thoughts to both you and your husband xx

Dear Cathy,
My heart breaks for you.
I lost two of my sons over the last two years and I know where you're coming from. One son had serious health problems for his whole life. He was hospitalized for a year and I stayed with him 24/7. Then I brought him home and cared for him myself. He couldn't do anything by himself and had a trach and feeding tube. He passed away a year ago tomorrow. We all go through tough times in life . We're all in this together, that's why we need to support one another.
I miss both of my sons so much. They were both such good sons. I know life will never be the same but I'm trying real hard to keep my mind and body healthy. My thoughts make a big difference.

bless your heart Cathy. Of course we will continue to pray for your husband and your family!
Thank you so much!
Cathy, you are doing the best you can. Not gaining your weight back is a huge accomplishment. My heart goes out to you. As a former Oncology Nurse, I know what you're going through. WW has a great support system. I swear by it.
Thank you!
Cathy please take care of yourself. You make progress, do not shame yourself. I also crave sugar and it is a struggle. Prayers for your husband, I will continue for you also. We watch your channel because we care about you. 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

Twenty seven pounds you should be SO proud. Injuries are so frustrating. God Bless you and your husband. Make sure you take the time to enjoy the holidays.
Thank you!
Cathy, you’re doing great. If you walked that much on your trip while also in pain you are a superstar!
Congratulations on losing 27 pounds & keeping it off! Sending positive thoughts and prayers for your husband and your family 🙏

Take care. Hugs to you hang in there.❤
Congratulations on your weight loss, and I'm happy to hear that your husband is doing well! xo
Cathy, I know we would be friends in real life if we had the opportunity. I love how real you are. I am amazed by your fortitude. And your work ethic. You are an inspiration.
Thank you!
Thank you!
Thank you!
Thank you! 💖
I am so overjoyed the doctor was wrong about your husband! I pray you 2 cherish each other. Thank you for your time, and openness.❤
Thank you so much!
Cathy, I too believe in prayer and positive thinking. God is so good. Praying for you and your husband and family. Hugs to you.💗
Thank you!
Continued prayers for your husband and you ❤️ your doing great girl
Thank you! 💖
I hate winter too- so proud of you Cathy. I struggle too though I don't have the emotional load you're dealing with. Hang in there.
Thank you!
Prayers for you and your husband. Don't forget to take care of yourself while you are helping your husband.
Thank you! 💖
Thank you. I support you...hang in there!
You truly a gracious beautiful woman and loving wife. I finally bought Spanx! Clearing closest of frumpy tops. Hope my new clothes look great on me like yours do. Praying fir you and husband.
Thank you, enjoy your Spanx!
I'm so sorry for everything you have experienced. I will look into the ELT, thanks for sharing. Merry Christmas to you too! xo
Hi Cathy, Have a blessed week as we enter the second week of Advent. A time for personal reflection and spiritual renewal. Carol
Thank you!
Prayers for your family 🙏
You are an inspiration to all of us. Your honesty in sharing your feelings is heartwarming. I wish you much happiness in 2025. Sincerely..another Canadian
Thank you so much!
As we get older, it's so much harder to lose weight and so much easier to make poor food chooses. Like you, I've had to do what I needed to do to get through some tough times. Well done on getting support from a dietician. Sending you blessings that all goes well in other areas of your life too ❤
Thank you!
Actually I am Cathy's age. I lost 20 pounds in 3 months..20 pounds was my goal.. and have kept it off for over a year. I did low low almost zero carbs. Still doing it. Wearing a size 10. Was not difficult at all.
I'm on a journey to lose 20lb. We appreciate you.
Hi Cathy! Oh wow! I can’t imagine having to wait that long for an MRI
or any other test/surgery. So sorry. I have had I think 16 or 17 surgeries including eye surgery. I can see how that would frighten you having your first one. I used to work at Weight Watchers in the 80’s. I still have some of my materials and think about doing it every now and then. We love you here Cathy. Continued prayers for you and your husband! ❤
Thank you Susan! xoxo
Thank you!
HI Cathy.....thank you for being so honest with us. Resistance training sounds like a good idea. That is my plan. Strength training is really good for our bones!
Prayers for your husband's healing and for your strength. You are doing great!
Thank you so much! Love the idea of walking at the mall.💖
Gods Blessings to you & your family ❤
Cathy thank you for sharing with us all your personal struggles. Never feel bad or embarrassed about your health struggles, you are not alone. My major problem is also sugar and straggle with it. Sorry to hear about your husband and everything you had to deal with. My God bless your family and sending prayers to your husband 🙏🙏 God make miracles happen ✨✨😇
Thank you! 💖
God bless you Cathy! My best wishes to you and your family. You are so incredibly honest about all the challenges that you have faced and continue to face. Stay strong, you are doing great.
Thank you!
Thank you! 💖
Sweets have been my downfall my entire life, so I totally get your coping mechanism of candy. You inspire me daily. I am 64 and continue to struggle with my weight.
I enjoy watching your channel. You are a classy lady. Prayers for you and your family.
Thank you! 💖
Thank you! 💖
Oh Cathy, I so relate to your weight journey. I want to send the best wishes and hugs to your family. Hang in there!
Thank you so much!
Thank you so much!
Awww Cathy. You have had a ROUGH year. And I love hearing that you are going to prioritize YOURSELF. You have to. For your sake and for your family. Good for you! xoxo
Thank you! 💖
Take care. You have persevered through so much. It counts that you haven't given up.
Thank you! 💖
Thank you!
I'm sorry for your loss Jane.
God still performs miracles and I'm grateful you have experienced one and are still together. Continued prayers for you both. (I like the longer videos best!)
Thank you!
You look great Cathy! ♥️🙏🏻
Thank you so much!
Thank you for sharing what you are going through. You are amazing! Blessings and prayers to you and your family. I have a similar situation and find myself reaching for the cookies more often than I should.
You do what you can, no one watching is walking in your shoes. Keeping you and your family in my prayers.
RE: cataracts… the best thing to happen to a lot of people. The replacement lens is chosen to give optimal vision. I understand the fear, but to those of you who need this surgery, it will be amazing! 😊
Prayers for you and your family
Thank you! 💖
Thank you for your openness and honesty - that takes courage.
You have had trials that would break many.
I hope you have a lovely Christmas with well-earned treats - 2025 can be your fresh start - who's counting?
God bless you in your self-care and weight loss effort. ⭐🎅
Thank you so much!
Thank you and hugs to you.💖
You are an inspiration. We all have our own trials and tribs, and hearing how others have dealt with theirs gives us hope that we will make it work. Sending prayers for healing and renewed health. ❤❤ Celebrate you!
Thank you!
Praise God! 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you! 💖
Prayers for your husband 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you!
Dear Cathy , well done on what you have achieved so far , chin up and strong , praying for you and your family
Thank you!
Thank you Judy! I wish that I could give you a huge hug!! You are not alone my friend! xoxo
Thanks for sharing because it is real and inspirational. Praying for your family
You are a Blessing to us all! Take care of yourself. Praying for you!
You are a remarkable lady Cathy. I too bury my emotions in food and am learning to eat better and chip away at the weight. Enjoy the Holidays and time with your family.
Thank you! 💖
Yes, sometimes life gets in the way! Looking at you number of subscribers, I am sure everyone has life situations that make them understand the ups and downs of your journey. The attitude is so important and you are definitely a winner there Cathy ☺️
Thank you!
Thank you!
I focus on health and if weight loss follows that is great. You just keep doing what you are doing and take care of yourself.
Thank you for sharing reality. You are inspirational and my prayers are with you!
Thank you so much!
Praying for you & your husband. Best wishes for health and happiness in 2025!
Thank you so much!💖
Me too. Cathy, I am praying for your husband. Blessings to you.
Thank you!💖
So proud of you!!! Prayers continue for your husband & family. Merry Christmas!!!!
Thank you so much!
Merry Christmas!
Thank you for sharing, it’s more helpful than you will ever know❤.
Thank you! 💖
Sending you love and prayers 🙏🙏❤❤
Thank you! 💖
Thank you!
Thank you! 💖
You've done so well dealing with everything life has thrown at you! I hope that 2025 is a wonderful, successful year for you. 💙
I'm on a weight loss journey too and am a Weight Watchers member. I think a monthly weight loss check-in video would be great!
Did WW make any changes for the new year?
You are a sweetheart! Thank you
Thank you!
LORD I lift this situation up to you. Health
I would always put others first. I would miss my walk to help someone out. So im always on the back burner. As of Dec 1st i am putting my self first. Thanks Cathy
Thank you! 💖
Sending you a big hug , I understand your struggles.
Thank you! 💖
I have metastatic cancer. Your attitude is good. Just move forward. I try not to think about it and continue to live my life.
Live each day to the fullest Jane. Sending you big hugs! xoxo
Thank you!
You and your family are on my prayer list!
Thank you so much!
HI Cathy, I enjoy your videos and you are not alone. I wondered if you have considered going to the US and paying for your MRI ? I know someone who went to Buffalo and had a minimal wait. Best Wishes
It's a consideration.
You are such an inspiration. Please continue to be kind to yourself and rest over the next few weeks. I’ll keep you and your husband in my prayers. ❤
Thank you! 💖
Prayers to you and your family! Be kind to yourself
Thank you!
Congratulations on losing 27 pounds! That's fantastic. Maintenance is just as important as weight loss.
Thank you and congrats on your weight loss! 💖
Kathy- you are an inspiration to all of us.
I love your videos.
Thank you!
