How do you adjust the belt? Mine keeps going to the left and gets stuck there.
It should have come with an Allen wrench but there is a place at the end /rear of the platform on the left and right and turning one direction loosens and the other tightens the belt. May take a bit to fine tune it. Do you still have the instructions? If I recall it was covered in there.
Do you know the bluetooth pin for pairing the app?

I hope you were able to figure this out, sorry I didn't reply sooner, we have moved this specific treadmill over to my mother in laws as we received a second one to test.
I just got this, but it is super loud when walking on it somehow
sorry to hear that, not sure why... is the belt tight or is it slipping? might have just got a bad one, dunno.
Is it still good after 10 month?
I gave it to my mother in law and it is still working for her.
