Just tried these drumsticks and they are great. Vic Firth also offers a lacquered version of the Steve Gadd drumsticks if you don't care for the black paint. Super comfortable sticks and highly recommended for any genre of music. Thank you for the review!
I have tried a lots of drumsticks for the last ten years , but this is the best for me . I have bought one pair eight years ago ,i used it on and off and it is still working. 😃 The weight is very well balanced , great quality, hard to break and very comfortable feeling. I've read on a couple of web sides, lot of people using this drumstick for rock, heavy metal and even black metal too.😄 Only one bad thing, it is a little bit pricey. Great video man. 🙂
So in Spanish "baguetista" actually means drummer?! :D That's an awesome way to think of a drummer, unless you've just invented that! Actually it's cool either way! You're a funny guy!
I'm afraid I invented that! XD The correct word for drummer is "baterista" ("batería" is the instrument). "Baquetista" is just a small pun I created to refer to all of us.
Great video, thanks for talking about one of my heroes and his iconic groove on "50 Ways!"
I agree with you; great weight, balance, and overall feel.

I'm pretty sure a baguetista is someone who makes baguettes 🤔
Black paint marks all drums and cymbals.
