At 6:40 the student is asked if he trusts Netanyahu and the Israeli govt. He says “I’m not sure if I trust him, but in times of war I have to”. Prior to Oct 7th, Netanyahu was facing opposition from many Israeli citizens. Makes me wonder how much Netanyahu benefited from the attack?

One poll/survey from November 2023: "Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also faced disapproval, with 73% of respondents expressing dissatisfaction with his performance."
However, there's also the saying "nothing unites like a common enemy" and that was shown to be the case with Arab Israelis and Jewish Israelis after October 7 (not for all but unity increased).
This is true for any and every country during war and its roots are in evolutionary psychology because of fight or flight, life or death, and community and societal preservation and uniting over shared values and national identity. 😮
One protest against the government last year had 200,000 attendees. There have been protests against Netanyahu all throughout this war. He won the 2022 election by less than 1% of the vote. People blame him for the failure to prevent October 7th so he'll be out of government with the next election.

No one is saying you can't protest or that it is anti-semitic unless perhaps you are calling for the destruction of Israel. But you can't make campuses threatening to other students. Yes, people are hypocrites when they won't condemn Muslims & Islamic countries for beheading journalists, flogging bloggers, issuing fatwas against critics, throwing gay men off rooftops, female genital mutilation, throwing acid in women's faces, prohibiting women from driving, moving freely about, or getting an education, & countless others ways they oppress non-Muslims, & women & gay people. Theocracies are not good places to live if you are not a member of that religion. It's interesting that people who claim to be pro-Democracy & progressive want to see Israel, the only Democratic, progressive country in the Middle East, wiped off the map, while they support brutal Islamic theocracies or kingdoms where minorities & women have no human rights. Why aren't all these women protesting wearing burkas? They support a religion that, once gaining control of a state, forces women to wear black from head to toe in the scorching sun. Tell you what... Go protest or march for gay rights in Iran & see how long you last. Yes, if you chant, "From the river to the sea," you are supporting the genocide of Jews throughout the Middle East. Israel is the only place where Jews, Christians, & Muslims live side by side w/ equal rights & in peace. Arabs in Israel can vote & they hold offices in the legislative branch & the Judiciary. And you want to destroy them. That's what "From the river to the sea" means. No Israel. So, yes, you are anti-Semitic. And don't ever call yourself progressive, pro-woman, pro-human rights, or pro-Democracy. [ETA: One thing you CAN say you are is pro-terrorism because October 7 was a terrorist attack on Israeli women & children, which was like Timothy McVeigh bombing the building in Oklahoma City or like the ISLAMIC terrorists who murdered innocent people on 9/11/2001. Hamas is a terrorist organization who have stated that their goal is to destroy Israel. They are not interested in peace, a 2-state solution (they've refused repeated offers), negotiations, or ceasefires (they've broken those again & again). Their goal is to terrorize & kill all the Jews in the Middle East. Do you think suicide bombers & fanatics who fly planes into buildings would hesitate to use Palestinian people as their human shields so they can launch rockets on Israel under the protection of being located in a hospital or a school? Do you think that religious fanatics who believe they will be rewarded in the afterlife for killing Jews, and who killed Muslims & people from Arab countries who were in the World Trade Center on 9/11 care about the Palestinians either? You are pro-terrorism when you support Hamas. Israel wants to stop Hamas, not commit genocide on all Palestinians. The reporter seems biased and asks leading questions that seem to have obvious answers.
For the students, you need to face your studies and not meddle into what you do not really understand. If you need purpose in life, relocate to Sudan or Somalia or Yemen and you'll find millions who need your 'voice and passion for humanity'. In this case though 1,000+ citizens of one single country were brutally killed and it was televised. What you think doesn't matter to be honest. After September 11, the US didn't really care about what anyone thought. They crossed borders and went into Iraq and Afghanistan. Number of civilian deaths in the thousands? Number of aid workers and reporters killed? Well do the maths and consider if you're being hypocritical in this current case.
Imagine if all voices condemned Hamas since October 8? Would thousands of civilians not be spared today? But by wasting time criticizing a Government for being responsible for its citizens' lives, you are emboldening Hamas and not going to (ever) achieve anything with Israel because they are more than justified in their response.

The terrorists target EVERYBODY - women, children, all kinds of reiligions, ethnicities, races - they don't care, because intifada is about terror and chaos, at least that what it was in Israel in these times. When you get out of the nice theories, terminology and books, and come into the reality - it is not so nice anymore. The ones shouting to globalize the intifada are either stupid, don't know what it means in reality, or simply do not care about humanity at all. This situation is terrible but the reality is that when you mix two different cultures/religions with different worldviews then you're going to bring conflict one way or the other without a permanent peaceful resolution. The only realistic way to resolve this is for the complete capitulation of one side, that's how wars and conflicts usually resolve themselves whether you like it or not. So either Israel loses (which in terms of military strength is very unlikely to happen if you're going with loss on the battlefield) or Gaza falls completely under Israeli control, that's it

I will say that I thought this lady was onto something until she said that if you can't prove intent that it would be considered crimes against humanity. If you look at the details of the International law the things that Hamas are doing makes the accusation completely wrong.
If you encourage your children to fight your wars, including having them murder themselves so that they can also murder Jews at the same time, I'm sorry, that is not ever going to work. I promise you that Gaza would have been their own state long ago had they not used only violence to get their way.

This is time and time again where Palestine tried to appease the UN to be recognized as a member only to be rejected time and time again by the West. I agree that the occupation in the west bank is unjust.
Also many of the men, women and babies that were slaughtered in October 7th agreed with that, many of them protesting against the government and\or assisting people from Gaza to gain access to better life, work and health.
Hammas wasn't killing people at a music festival because of the occupation, it did so in order to sabotage the peace talks between Israel and the Saudis, and did so under the directions of Iran,
Palestinians were given at least 4 opportunities by Israel, USA and the UN throughout history, to settle for a 2 states solution. But hawkish parties like Hammas preferred to continue the struggle in a hope to a "from the river to the sea" Palestinian state, which means destroying Israel and killing all the jews in it.
The reason why Gaza is a free Palestinian territory, to begin with, is that Israel gave Gaza unconditionally in a hope to find a settlement for the conflict.
Gaza could have been a hub of technology and culture, like a Singapore of the middle east, if not for Hammas taking over in 2007, launching thousands of rocket into Israel, instead of developing the place.
Anyone who dreams of a Palestinian land must choose between two options:
    1. Dream of "from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free", meaning, fighting Israel in a neverending war in the middle east.
    2. Accept Israel, (blame the British for it, if you must) and dream of a future where Israel is a partner, and not the enemy.
    Again, love your content.
Keep up the good work and let's make a better future together!

"Sacrifices are required for victory" he said. Not to mention Hamas believe in Martyrdom, in Shahids. They say they "love d3ath". They pay for Palestinians to perform su1c1de attacks. They have defined the concept of su1c1de bombings in the intifadas.
15:52 Mosen says "Are you daring to say the Palestinians are calling for their own deaths?"
So Mosen knows very well that Palestinians call for their own to sacrifice their lives for their war, but then attacks others for shining a light on it.
He speaks from both sides of his mouth.
Ask him if he supports peace and a 2-state solution. Go on. He will never give you an answer.
What most like him want is for no Jewish state to exist. That is all. The g3nocide and ethnic cleansing of Israelis.
But he will never say what he thinka clearly. He loves thr ambiguity to get useful idiots to support him.

They know that a lot of Palestinians would be killed since Hamas uses their own population as human shields. And why is Israel allowing truckload of humanitarian aid into Gaza, which ends up getting confiscated by Hamas? Where is the deliberate intent of genocide I ask?

One massive problem with the protests is that they call for battle against Israel, not peace. Some do but many here in the video called for Intifada, chanting slogans which both Hamas and Arafat have used. If both Israelis and Palestinians (and their respective supporters) lose faith in a peace, then there will be no peace. Both sides seem determined for a zero sum game which is awful.

12 mins 21 seconds. He is passionately standing for the bullied Israeli students who have been hounded daily. I don't think anyone should be concerned if he spends his money to make billboards with faces of LEADING antisemites. He didn't simply single out people. They singled themselves out and he's showing (inadvertently) what it feels like to be singled out of a group and shamed in the name of seeking justice for the oppressed. Just as these individuals named as antisemites think they can single out Jewish students for harrassment, he also feels he should just say what they are doing, more like helping them. Noone should have a problem with that, right? Besides, the reporter in this clip has bias against Jews oozing out of him. Yeah, we saw some clips of some Israeli supporters speaking up, but in its entirety, we can say where they want to lead us. Unfortunately, even the Crown Prince of Bahrain himself and lots and lots of other Muslims and Arabs strongly disagree with any form of condemnation of the state and nation of Israel in the aftermath of October 7. The Hamas terrorists didn't just land with parachutes from Planet Mars. They trained and ate and slept for weeks prior with the 'innocent' Palestinian civilians. And in the morning of October 7, launched attacks from there. I wonder what the Criminal Justice system in any country would think if your neighbour did that to a murderer who came to murder your family under your care and protection. Aiding and abetting or what's the word?
