This boy has a great talent. I get emotional every time I hear it. The other singers are extremely in tune and sing wonderfully. God bless you all. Shalom.
Beautiful song. Yiddish was the language of my parents and I'm glad to see that a new generation cultivates it again. Congrats to the boy! You are my little hero.
All the information for where it took place, the choir , who it was lead by and the composer but just a 'Kid' - His name should be on this . He was amazing! Beautiful voice . mazel n' brocha to you little dude!!
Most beautiful song, so passionately sang with such energy of a yung heart. I’m moved and always brought close to Jewish people and their saintly spirit. Beautiful dream becomes a reality.
A passionate young heart with a powerful Voice sings the song in a moving beautiful way a song that represents the promise and heartfelt wish of his people. I have listened to this song many times and each time I am filled with warmth and love.
He's so young and he has such a powerful voice. Very impressive. He's going to have a brilliant future if he decides to take this ability into adulthood.
Many Jews do as a lot of the prayers are sung as well as using song as a way of expressing Judaism, so there is a chance he will be singing the rest of his life 😊
For several years already I watch and enjoy the song and the little boy that sings it so innocent and clear. And it warms my heart and soul every time.
How can anyone criticize a small child singing and giving praise to life and love........There's a lesson to all, blessed are the children, because they are innocent..We should all be so lucky! Peace From New Orleans.....
This is just soul-stirring, really wonderful music, and what a talented kid. You can hear the true sense of time with every note--ancient stories retold in the present. Marvelous!
This beautiful little boy has got talent! As a long time vocal student, I can tell that he is pushing his voice in order to get a "big" sound and imitate the vocal style of singers much older than himself. My sincere hope is that he receives further vocal training, so that he may learn to protect and care for his voice. If he does truly wish to be a vocalist, I hope he has someone in his life to lead him in the right direction. I for one would love to hear and see more of him in the future.
It's heartwarming to read positive and warm comments instead of haters, I'm Jewish and it's nice to see that not the whole world is hating us. Have a nice day y'all

I'm not Jewish, but I was raised with many Jewish friends in a city with a vibrant Jewish community (Savannah, GA). I have always had so much respect for the Jewish faith. It's more than just a faith.....it is a people and a culture, and one that has been very misunderstood, over the years. One friend once told me, when he was explaining his faith to me, "We Jews don't think we're better than anyone else, we just think we're different". I can respect that. I always want to know more, because to me, learning more about others tends to build bridges of understanding, and understanding fosters love and respect for others. In The Holy Temple the Levites will be singing, "Shir Ha'Maalot" , Moses (our father) will be there. It continues with a list of other wonderful things that will happen as a result of The Temple being rebuilt. It is a song of hope. It prays for that wonderful day when the Messiah comes and the Temple will finally be rebuilt. Don't let this dialect of Yiddish throw you off. Mordecai Ben David also sings this same piece (on TH-cam) in a simpler dialect which you might understand more easily. What captivates me is the marriage between the lyrics and music. So magnificently matched. When speaking of the "dream" you can hear the lullaby cadence. At approximately 2:35 into the piece the song turns quickly upbeat to express the sheer joy of the rebuilding of The Temple. The Sanhedrin sits and hears [in session] a rabbinic court case
Aaron is lighting the menorah [temple candleabra]
and further i see a wonderful face
His face shines with a wonderous light
and on his head a golden crown
I know of him already
This is the king Moshiach himself
The congregation stands in awe
He reveals the secrets of the Torah
And from sleep I suddenly awoke
Chorus:
Don't worry Jews it will soon no longer be a dream
barely a minute left and we will receive and welcome the Moshiach
Drunk with happiness with being well and healthy we will all be going home
back to school will we go with Moses himself amen and amen

A nice dream did I see
to Jerusalem we came
She says with happiness welcome unto you all
I lived to see your beautiful face
I had so much pain in raising you
even though you wandered for a thousand years
you are my dear children only you have become more beautiful
And further i see angels go
they accompany the creator with a song
came onto the field and a canopy we raised
his beloved bride the Jews to whom he will wed
and righteous people dancing with the groom
the leviathan of feasts is already prepared
oy' and from sleep I suddenly awoke
Chorus:
Don't worry Jews it will soon no longer be a dream
barely a minute left and we will receive and welcome the Moshiach
drunk with happiness with being well and healthy we will all be going home
back to school will we go with Moses himself amen and Amen

Wonderful. Great voice on that kid.
I love to hear Yiddish. I'm trying to learn. Amazing that a Medieval High German language is still spoken! And this kid has a great voice too.
It is not a German language, it is similar but very different, the person who speaks German cannot understand almost anything he says
his lovely song touches my heart.Hashem bless him.Hashem all jewish children.
What’s this kids name?! I hope he’s still going at it, man the wonders he’d be pulling off by now considering this is 9 years old. God bless kiddo!
Really, forget all of you. This song is awesomely fantastic.
