Hi Arthur! wow wow wow!! I really wanted to see the maiden flight of the P-40!!! Absolutely spectacular!!! Authentic scale appearance! A very satisfying video! All the best!

I appreciate your intelligent videos- good info, no unnecessary filler nonsense. I had this plane years ago. Sold it due to disappointments with sluggish power and retracts. I had same issues others have reported; fragile mains and tail wheel jamming. Would like to order another but very hesitant due to issues. Can you offer any guidance/detailed solutions that you may offer? Best regards!
Yes! What a beautiful P40. I hadn't known about this one, thanks for the vid and tips! Like everyone, I like big planes. I have a P40 but I think I want this one as well!

Great Review! Ive had my eye on this plane for some time now. The main problem with this model is the landing gear. Are you using the stock retracts? It would be interesting to see what you did to beef up the retracts and struts.
Thanks a lot mate! I didn’t do anything to the retracts and they have been upgraded by Sky Flight Hobby, with Metal, changed the materials of the landing gear, to make it more tough!
Hi Arthur. How have you found the Jetti system… particularly signal reliability. I’m a lifelong Futaba guy, who most recently moved to Spektrum. I’ve lost a handful of planes due to signal loss. Would you recommend Jetti? My other consideration is Powerbox core. Cheers from Sydney. Rich
Great videos, Im awaiting delivery of my Green LX P40 monster. Great information. Is your right rudder progressive up to full throttle or just at full.
Hi, I read some further messages and replies and saw that your P40 had a mishap due to a prop failure. Was this the blade or the hub. I ask as I have just received the spare blades and hub I ordered with the model and discovered that one of the pegs in the hub has already broken off! Im thinking of just fitting a 4Max 5065 360kv motor and 16x10 MAS prop that I already have. In a reply you also mentioned that you now wouldnt recommend the model.. Keep up the great reviews and tips.
"not that fast but really really scale" screw scale! Put an E-flite Power 60 470kv in there and swing a 16x8 prop. You'll go faster than the full scale P-40 lol Nice work buddy!

w00t Have to give some advise though: Trimming takeoff torque makes little sense. The amount of rudder input required is totally different with tail wheel down vs up, and that transition has to be managed manually. It is simply a basic part of taildragger skill set, and exactly the same for full size too. Second tip: Never skimp on rudder throws. Most warbirds require as much as physically possible - regardless of going low on ail/ele.

I love how your runway looks line rangoon. Makes that plane look right at home.
Haha that’s right 😆👍🏻👍🏻
très beau! That is a big foamy!!! 🇨🇦
Oh yeah big baby for sure !
Yes it might be a gentle giant but it's still a warbird and will stall if flown too slow!
Well...the stall speed is very low though but yes of course...like all the planes : too slow = stall
This is so much fun! Beautifull scaled airplanes.
