For the tattoo one you have to apply pressure with a dry towel to make it a bit dry because once it’s dry the print leaves the paper.......btw I have did that before so yea....
The tattoo thing works for me I think its has to do with the type of printer you have also you have to leave it in water for like 3-5 minutes and spray A LOT of perfume on it before you put it in the water and then after you take it out then spray it where you want to put it and apply pressure for like 3 minutes and peel a little bit off and if you see it hasn't applied on your skin then spray more perfume on it and then hold it on for like 1 more minute and if it doesn't work that time then its probably the type of printer you have or something like that.
