My father was a simple person who never bothered to collect copies of recordings or photographs after his historical concert. Omkarnathji was extraordinarily fond of my father. In fact, as a child, I was also sitting on the stage at Mumbai's D'Silve High School Grounds, when my father accompanied Omkarnathi in his last concert in Mumbai. Pt Ramnarayanji was on Sarangi and Dr N Rajam (also on this record) was on violin.

के आयोजन में रात्रि कालीन संगीत सभा में इस विशेष भजन को गाते सुना था संभवतः 1963 में! अद्भुत कंठ, अद्भुत आलाप जिसकी भव्यता का वर्णन कठिन है! वे अपनी तरह के मात्र एक थे! उनको बारम्बार नमन! ऐसी विभूतियाँ भगवान कभी कभी धरती पर भेजते हैं! जय माता सरस्वती!
लग रहा है कि पंडित जी के मुँह से भगवान बोल रहा है।धन्य है ऐसा साधक।आपको कोटिशः प्रणाम।

Omkarnath should had sing something which cause heart stroke to mussolini it was the best thing to do. And so, many human being were save from war and disaster caused by this evil men. Shame shame

Feeling nostalgic. Pandit ji used to come to Patana during Dashahara in fifties and we used to remain awake whole night to listen to this song rendered in Bhairavi .

My husband used to listen to him in BHU music conference in 1962 when he was a student there.He narrated this experience to me as it was a full divinity to him.He was mas mas merited and shared it to me after my marriage in 1976.T0day in 22nd June 2022 ,I am listening to it and crying. what a wonderful experience. Thanks you tube and sraddha sumon to this divine Artist .

Thanks for uploading this. I heard this some 45 years ago on AIR Radio Sangeet Sammelan. He sang Komal Rishabh Aswari and this bhajan. It was mesmorising. If I remember correctly, N Rajam accompanied with violin.
Love it. Brought back my memories of listening of this on ALL INDIA RADIO.
