It's very good. I like all the instrumental versions, but this one just fits very well.
Honestly, somebody at the time of the game's release could have lied to me and been like, "Oh, this is Tundra Man's default theme in the game" and I would have believed them.

i'm one of the few people who defends that the ost of megaman 11 is good as it is, but I gotta admit, this version works better for this level than the original.
Like, I listen to this, and I wish more Mega Man games sounded like this, or stuff from the Mega Man Zero and ZX games.

The ost is honestly one of the best in MegaMan in my opinion. People are just too upset about the soundfont as they love the 8-bit tunes more but I find myself coming back to these songs time and time again because of how good they are
11's ost is undeniably less memorable or catchy than most mega man games'. when you listen to them individually on youtube they're definitely really good, but they all end up sounding same-y while you're actually playing the game and they don't quite stick to you as much.

Both versions of Tundra Man's theme remind me of Dark Bowser's theme from Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story for some reason.
It's because of the way the notes and octaves are played, making you think both musics are similar
It is worth noting that they do share a key: G sharp (or A flat) minor.

His design was based on a figure ice skaters' outfit, so there are nothing gay-ish
@@Kmaxrzd Actually, Tundra Man wasn't originally designed that way. He originally had thicker and tougher (and, by extension, heavier) armor meant to provide better protection, but had decided to modify his armor to make it lighter and more streamlined, _for no other reason than to make it easier for him to ice skate._ He _took up a hobby_ just because he got bored (and honestly, who would blame him), then *deliberately and consciously changed and altered himself to better suit his hobby* rather than giving up on it and finding some other pastime.
The kicker, though, is that he took up ice skating _after seeing an ice skating competition on TV_ because *the requirements for his job left him feeling lonely.*
The fact that he _felt lonely,_ _took up a hobby so he wouldn't feel so lonely,_ _modified himself to better suit the hobby,_ and _feels that being unable to show anyone his quite frankly amazing self-developed talent is a crisis on par with_ *_global warming_* sets Tundra Man apart from the rest of the RMs for me. And that's not even considering the fact that he was built and designed by *_Cossack Robot Laboratories,_* i.e. built by a loving Russian father that has now been screwed over by Wahwee for the second time.
Actually, Cheesy, -Handsome Guy- uh, I mean Aqua Man has already taken that role.
If I'm honest, I don't think his theme in any format fits his lovely stage. I expected a beautiful or haunting wintery theme a'la Temple of Droplets or Glacier le Cactank.

It's because the OST in Megaman11 was clearly written to fit the Boss and not the stage.
It's a severe misconception a lot of people get about Megaman music.
The music is for the stage, not the boss.

Megaman isn't meant to be all Techno and party music.
Megaman 11 is one of the WORST examples of what Megaman Music is meant to be.
Megaman 1 basically has Journey in it.
Megaman 2 has Samba with Quickman
Megaman 3 has Calypso with Geminiman
Most of Megaman 4 was big band Jazz.
Don't even get started on all the Guns and Roses references in the early X series.
Megaman is about ALL types of music, not just Techno and Party music.
It would have been amazing if these were just the regular stage themes. lol
You acknowledge that each Mega Man game focused on a different genre of music but yet complain that Mega Man 11 focused on a different genre of music. I don't understand why Mega Man 11 having a mostly techno styled soundtrack is a bad thing.

No no no, I'm complaining that Megaman11 focused on ONE genre of music, while past titles focused on SEVERAL in one game.
One of my examples, Megaman4, not only has big band jazz with Ringman, but also Surf with Diveman, Jazz with Toadman, Techno with Brightman, Incidental adventure with Pharoahman, Latin leaning big band with Drillman, and a melancholic orchestration with Dustman.
Not to mention the Russian inspired first stage to Dr. Cossack 's citadel.
Anybody that listens to Megaman music and thinks it's all just metal and techno is sorely uncultured.
Saying mega man 11s music is all the same because it's all techno is very closed minded imo. Yeah all the songs use the same instruments mostly but each have memorable, catchy, and fitting melodies for each stage and moment. Bounce man and torch man's themes are both techno but extremely different, and as long as that's the case and it sounds good I don't see the problem. Saying all mega man 11 music sounds the same bc they use similar sound fonts isnt better than if i said all mega man 1-6 and 9 and 10 sounded the same bc they're all chiptune. Mega Man 11 ost hate saddens my poor soul
