Calstock Riverside is a lovely bucolic layout with farmland surrounding the church. It’s the sort of place that I might visit on holiday.

Thanks for a great series of videos; you saw more of the show than I did! Too busy in the office. Thanks to everyone who came, both first-timers and regulars! See you next year with another York Model Railway Show. John (Show Manager)

Hello John, Great that my videos helped to show you, some of your show, I bet you don't stop for the full 3 days the event is on! Overall this was a great event and well done for putting on such a good show and one of the best I visit to film! It did take me a day and a half to film nearly all of the layouts on show and then spent a few hours with my little boy showing him this great hobby. Please let me know if you need any of the footage for any future promotional work etc. always happy to help the great people putting on the events. Thanks again for a great show Jason

Good quality video and smoothly panned. Plus decent viewing of each layout. One of the best TH-cam channels for exhibition footage😊

Hello @markpocklington-zg6qu. Thanks for the kind words and glad you enjoyed the videos. I try to make them as I would like to watch them, no fast movements with the camera and a good amount of time on the layouts, especially when there is a lot to show. Thanks again. Jason

Once again we are in your debt, magnificent video in 6 parts that me and the old man indulged ourselves in one afternoon session. How you got all 6 parts edited and online so soon is beyond comprehension. So many thanks for this and others too.
    All the best... Steve

Hello Steve, thank you for such kind words it is really appreciated when people take the time to watch and comment and it drives me to film more in the future. I did film just over half the layouts on Saturday then edited them Saturday night, then the rest I filmed on Sunday and then edited them Sunday night and got them out Monday! As I have become more experienced it has got quicker and using a fast PC helps!!! Thanks again to you and your dad for watching. Cheers Jason

The first layout on this video is obviously a London scene. Love the good old red buses!!

I wonder why I didn’t think of Kensington Olympia in the first place!! Perhaps it’s because I haven’t been there for around 30 years!!

Nice to see steam trains alongside Intercity 125s!! Too many lines for a heritage railway, and I’ve never seen the two types of train running together other than on a heritage railway.
