This reaaaaally fitsss like perfectly lol, Venti is INDEED a poet (like literally lmao), Ei was always a warrior, she fought and protected inazuma while Makoto was shogun (even now, The raiden shogun is the one that reigns over inazuma, not Ei herself) and Zhongli was leader of liyue for thousands of years, love the edit!

I wonder if the three future archons (not including Tsaritsa) would fit into those three catagories of soldier, poet and king as well.

I love this! Every time I listen to this song I always think of this trio, in this order. I see some people put Zhongli first which fits less well in my opinion. Amazingly done!

I don't know much about the band so I researched the story behind this song. I found a few different takes on it, but the one I liked the most was the one on how based on the other songs and themes on the album, this song is about surviving abusive relationships.
The brave soldier is a person who forcefully steps in and tears down the "city" of the abuser, a place where they held their ultimate rule, helping the abused to get away from them. The gentle poet is a person who spreads awareness and shows kindness to the abused, guiding and helping them cope with the change with their presence and words. The just king is the final piece for healing: a friend or a new lover, who steadfastly protects and cares for the abused in a better place, where they can have a new life and finally feel safe. The tearing your city down line is then repeated at the end to finish off the abuser's rule for good with the strength of all three.
Whether this is right or not, I don't know, but the message being good and nice in and off itself aside, the thought of the three archons coming together to help someone they care about, responding with their strengths to the need for help, fills my heart the warm feelings.
technically, zhongli was more like the ‘soldier’ than the ‘king’, since he was basically a violent af god before guizhong. baal also seems more like the ‘king’ than the soldier, due to her values and way of ruling inazuma. these are just my opinions though, the interpretation in the video fits pretty well. good job by the way, it’s very well-done :D
Nah mate. Baal may be a King, but she died. Ei is nothing more than a soldier, she sees herself as a soldier.
The puppets were made by Baal, so Ei let it rule instead kinda under the only notion. It'll have inazuma unchanging.
Ei cannot lead, or be a King/queen. All she understood was. The gods kill everyone, if they disobey. Aka allowing humans to invent.
So, she isolated herself, cause she might make bad decisions > and eventually kill her nation.
Zhongli however, was an upcoming King. A King who earned his right. He created friends, allies. Formed alliances, fought like a king does. Once all was done.
He continued to enter liyue, and show everyone guidance on how to prosper better economically.
Created a nation from the ground up, managed the treasury, Handled the army, Lead backups and adepti.
Was knowledgeable in both culture, trade, war, swordsmanship, history, and people.
Venti is a poet. We all agree on that.

Hey hey! I love this and I recommend that you use the cover that Venti’s VA sung, I think it’d fit better because these are the archons and venti is one of the archons. No need to do this just a small recommendation.
