I kinda of get you wanted this to be the monster trio, but regardless I can't be the only one that thinks the poet whoose "weapon is his word" and "will slay you with his tongue" should be Ussop.

Yes, I like Sanji, but the poet of the crew is Usopp and no other. Brook is an artist too, but not a storyteller.

Does kinda fit Sanji as well, though not as well as Usopp or Brook.
Because he does tend to talk his way out of trouble and inspire unlikely allegiance. And he's the most passionate and expressive crewmates befitting a poet

Prob best Soldier Poet King amv I've seen, the scenes you used for everyone are iconic and so satisfying, powerful and nostalgic to watch!! Especially nice since I've just recently seen the live action and the anime's shots are its mirror :D
