Yeah, you can see huge differences in 3 weeks with hard work at a gym. The right diet, nutrients and balance of gym/cardio, can really be a key. How do you think boxers gain and loose weight within weeks?

Adam Jones I know many guys who are top level mixed martial artists and when you're cutting weight , you don't gain muscle mass.They usually cut the last 10 or 15 pounds a few days before from just dehydrating themselves in sauna and not eating.Then they gain it all back the night before the fight. Ill give him the benefit of the doubt though. I just see so many guys bulking up in muscle these days from using that shit. its hard to believe that anyone is just doing the right things when the bulk up that quick.
