What a gutsy crew. 2018's Paul's might have been the greatest, but 2022's are the bravest! Hammer and tongs the whole way down and still managed to find another gear to hold off Radley's charge
1:39 - 2:00 The Paul's 2 and 4 men look like they're watching the gates of the men in front of them. Their eyes do not move from whatever they're staring at just off-centre for the entire 20 seconds... wonder if that's a coaching cue or just something they coincidentally did for this 20-second stretch. Either way, this is the laser focus you want off the start in a boat where synchronicity is imperative for building speed! What a fantastic and insightful shot from the camera crew!
It is open to all to enter. HRR is supposed to be a celebration of the very best rowing from around the world. So...... If any crew thinks it can win an event at HRR in 2023, the coach and supporters should be planning from now to make it happen for their athletes. There may be no greater test of character, where one-on-one races like this determine the winner by the end of the event's knock-out rounds.

How does bowman maintain such amazing control at 7:50 ??!
J15 and j16 winning the P.E. Wow that is remarkable and unique . What gutsy performance . Sensational
Gutsy race plan - they looked like they seldom dropped below 37/8 all the way down the track.

It’s a real shame Hamilton Boys from New Zealand didn’t send their crew. Thinking they could’ve won this 😬😬😬

Yea I would have backed Hammy boys this year. It's just very tough to plan a trip over and does align with the junior world's schedule in NZ
Can only race who turns up.
@@010MACS for sure!
