Man I'm going to need something for anxiety with the way you were running through the house I thought for sure you were going to get arrested by the Mounted Police! Don't worry Ethan, we'll all start a GoFundMe for your bail money!
The saying some people have more money then sense fits perfectly for this house ,why tear down such a great property ?? Madness honestly ty for the revisit xx
Hey Ethan. I remember this home. Beautiful. I don’t remember you mentioning the owners were rebuilding. I can’t imagine owning a home like this let alone being able to knock it down to rebuild! The front doors are exquisite. Take care
Great video as always. The idea that so much valuable material will be destroyed when so many people could reuse them frankly disgusts me. Those floors are worth a small fortune never mind the doors, banisters, bathroom fittings etc. Doubly so with everything being so expensive these days and getting worse
Yes, it’s so wasteful! There are companies that do go in before a demo and strip out the good stuff and resell which is so much better than trashing all the good parts too.
I guess but would u buy it? Like really? You can whine about wastefulness all you’d like but if you wouldn’t buy used building materials then YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. It’s also really not that wasteful when you think about it, most of these tear downs are rare except in Ethan’s tours and it’s wood so it doesn’t take long to disintegrate
I agree! We live in a throw away world! What a waste of beautiful materials! There are so many that would love to repurpose all of it! What about Habitat For Humanity? Nice walk through! Thanks for taking me along Ethan! How can anyone think it's okay to destroy such beautiful finishes? I'm sad about it for sure! Again, beautiful home!!!!
I remember this house. The front doors are unmistakable. The curved archways, the brick patio, the stone wall, all the gorgeous woodwork. Amazes me that someone could just walk away from it. Another neat tour. Thanks Ethan. 👍
Such a beautiful home. There are so many items that could be salvaged. The beautiful front door and bedroom doors. All the molding and that beautiful railings on the staircase. I didn't remember a lot of things from the first tour. Thank you Ethan, Really enjoyed this revisit. 😍
ETHAN, you have such a great sense of humor, even laughing about you voice made me crack up. It shows character when we chuckle at ourselves. Another great adventure. GOD FATHER ALMIGHTY BLESS you.
Exciting and excellent re-explore! I could almost feel your anxiety when you thought you saw a car. The foyer of this mansion is amazing. I love a round window! Thanks for the visit!
You’re always excellent at your job. And I like to thank you for showing us all these homes that are not standing at this time. I long to thank you for taking us through these beautiful homes which we would’ve never seen unless you took the time to do it.
Oh my goodness! I'd love there! I wouldn't change much, but I totally agree, it's weird to have square doors on arched entryways. I love the front doors and stairway,! You're so OCD about shutting doors, but I think it's awesome of you! I've told you before, but you're really respectful of the properties you show and share with us! 🤘🤘🤘
🙋♀️ Ethan..great revisit 👍...always enjoy your explores how ever many times I watch them ..beautiful house, tragic its being pulled down 😭..hope your staying safe 🙏🇬🇧😘
Ethan, I have been watching you for years. I am an older fellow so i dig what you do for sure. Remember if anyone has a problem with you in what you do with your talents in this life it's just because you're a threat to them and you must be doing something right. It's called jealousy on anyone else's problems with you. I have had plenty of it through the years from other folks as well. I am a recording artist and have been picked on as well through my whole career by many others. Keep doing what you do -- You must be doing something right young man!! for anyone to have a problem with you. God Bless
What's up Ethan? Loved this home 1st time, and still love it! Glad you showed it again. The foyer is grand with doors and the staircase too. Was kind of glad that the current owners kept it and rebuilding it. Although I personally don't think it needs a rebuild. Stay safe and keep up the great work Ethan you rock!!!! 😎👌👍✌❤✌
I'm glad you showed the exterior, love the brick and materials, great example of an upscale home of that era. I've always loved like the upper patio areas and courtyard type features, they are great design features that offer functional space. I also love the interior architectural details used, like the arches , pillars, round windows, and curve of the banister. I agree about the fireplace being off - centered, staring at it would drive me crazy, as in like making me want to just reach out and shove it to the middle of the wall, that's what OCD does for you 🤪😊 . Always great to see some of these beautiful homes again before they're gone, thanks! ✌️
Hi Ethan! Can I just say your sense of humor and attention to detail is awesome. The comment about the intercoms was funny 😁 I like your videos even if sometimes they're too quick, but I get it... I can tell when you pause to listen to make sure nobody's coming in 😂 dude I'd be doing that at every house! Lol!!! Hey what was behind that last door you unlocked downstairs??? You opened it then closed it really quick!? Anywho, I'm rambling.. Keep up the cool videos! I think you're adorable! If I wasn't married I'd be asking ya if you'd wanna get together for a drink or or 10 LOL! 😁
Yeah my OCD ain't liking that fireplace way to the left by the drapes either! I get a kick out of the single chair inside these basements or bedrooms too! I call that the "interrogation chair". That's where they put you when they catch you in their house!
Hi Ethan, you are absolutely entitled to voice a design opinion. Your extensive exploration has exposed you to many types of design and you have seen the best and the worst! I happen to agree a traditional fancy woodwork door frame around a Mediterranean archway is bizarre. They were confused. Keep up the good work.
What's up Ethan! I remember this one. So grand with all the oak trim. My favorite part is the front entrance with the awesome front doors and the rock wall. Keep rockin! We can't get enough 😉😁💯
Beautiful home! I love how the doors open to the outside upstairs! Happy your subs are increasing and people are finding out how exciting your adventures are!
So beautiful I hope they get the lights fixtures and vases in the kitchen I have one question why did they put the toilet behind the door in the first bathroom?
The chair is where the boss broke kneecaps. Can you imagine what went on in this house during that time. Thanks for the revisit Ethan, I voted for them. I find it interesting to see how even a small amount of time can change things.
To be honest I don't think so. You think most mob people were proper family guys . The mostly keep there business separate from the family. It's strange how some are complete phycos yet at the same time family guys.
Thanks for the repeat!! I love this house. The main floor is amazing. The front door is my dream door. The stair case is beautiful, and always my fave. That back patio with the stairs to the second floor deck is fantastic & I can imagine many evenings sitting out there with a cold drink enjoying the sunset. Or hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps in the winter. This house just cries out for a family.
I could see Tony Montana standing at the top of the stairs saying "say hello to my little friend" lol. But really, I love this place. I don't know why they just don't renovate instead of demolishing it. There's so many cool things about this house.
Went back and looked at your original viedo of this place and yes in the kitchen there was something sitting there and on the other side too of the items on counter...couldnt make out what they were was going to fast lol ....and no washer deal in it either....love seeing how things are pretty cool...
Ethan your taste is beyond your years and personally enjoy your appreciation of artitecture and decor. I also think that you would make an incredible realtor. I voted re-visit, and I enjoyed this one.
This tear down is a huge shame. What a waste of resources. Their is nothing wrong with this house. I hope we can change that. It's disgusting. Love ya kid!
I really do not understand why the new owners could not just fix this house up. It is much better made than anything they will build in its place. I live in Texas and people here seem to fix older homes.
Ethan, you are absolutely 💯 correct about that fireplace! It totally looks off centered, well probably because it is. I would think if you got busted they (authorities) Would go a little easy on you. You have a good reputation and you are not there to cause damage. Stay safe! Love❤️ your videos
Thank you for your "revisits" especially for new veiwers like me. PS .. love your hat! (NY) Its the kitchen, probably pantries 😮 a car 😂 you're adorable ooh that entrance, the stone, the staircase "beautiful" .. bigger isn't always better.. i agree. Ooh, i don't like that fireplace in the corner, yes i agree. Now i know why i love watching you.. we have too much in common ❤
My grandparents and great grandparents generations would salvage anything they could. I can still see work worn hands knocking cement off salvaged bricks. They would pound nails out of lumber to re use. Back then nails were square. Folks back then had to recycle just about everything. We are a very spoiled and wasteful society. Glad I inherited my family's thrifty thinking. Thanks for another great explore Ethan.
I agree with you about the fireplace. It’s weird that they put it in the corner, I would have put it in the center of that wall. Love the stone covered wall under the staircase! It’s cool that the house was finished being built in June of 81, that’s when my house was also finished being built. Cool find Ethan! Keep up the good work.
What's up Ethan!!! I remember this house from the last time. Don't you think it's odd that there was a regular coat closet in the kitchen? I remember thinking that the last time. Yea and how about their being square frames on the doorways that were rounded along with fireplaces being offset weirdly in some rooms?! Strange very strange hmm.... Thanks for another video!!!
You seem like the LEAST anxious person doing URBEX to me!! Anyway my friends Jody and Susan liked this a lot and me too! I do not recall the first one...it's sad that things will not be saved...the beautiful woodwork...surely those doors would be removed!!! Oh well...it's great that you are leaving a record of this classy place. And I agree with you that "timeless design" is the most desirable! The fact that this was home for a mob boss adds a bit of mystery, I guess. Thanks for the video! Great job!
I really liked this revisit. I just don’t see why people don’t just update things like floors, bathrooms maybe light fixtures. Instead of tearing such a beautiful house down, I would just make it mine! Great video take care!
Thank you Ethan I really enjoyed this one plus you are hilarious I appreciate your honesty love this channel !also this house reminded me of a mini castle peace out
As soon as I seen the fireplace near the window I was like→ 🤔 I figured maybe it just got moved over there but I guess not. That is a really stupid spot to put it especially near curtains. I agree it belongs in the middle. What were they thinking?!
I agree with you about the fireplace, it does seem to be in the wrong place ... Should be in the center of wall but like you said "I'm not an architect". Like what is the reason the fireplace is butted up against the window??? Hhmm 🤔💭
Hi Ethan 🏎 😎,I remember that house when you went there,I love the front door and stone wall. The house was really nice,I wonder what they are gonna rebuild there.Did you notice there was a door behind the old fridge in the basement? lol Anyway good video,I liked it.I always like watching your videos, stay awesome as always 😎👌
I like the courtyard. Nice place. I only started watching your channel around 2021 or 2020 so I don't think I seen this one before. Also haven't watched all of your videos
Man I'm going to need something for anxiety with the way you were running through the house I thought for sure you were going to get arrested by the Mounted Police! Don't worry Ethan, we'll all start a GoFundMe for your bail money!
That was king

Well done as always. So much could be salvaged from this house. Hope someone does some of it.
I remember this house. The front doors are unmistakable. The curved archways, the brick patio, the stone wall, all the gorgeous woodwork. Amazes me that someone could just walk away from it. Another neat tour. Thanks Ethan. 👍
My favorite abandoned explorer! Keep up the great work and stay safe.
I very much like re-visits: such a beautiful home--so wasteful to tear a home like this down. Take care Ethan.
Such a beautiful home. There are so many items that could be salvaged. The beautiful front door and bedroom doors. All the molding and that beautiful railings on the staircase. I didn't remember a lot of things from the first tour. Thank you Ethan, Really enjoyed this revisit. 😍
No don't touch anything ok just in case these places are haunted
Thanks for revisting this house again; still surprised homes like these just get torn down as I'd dream of living there!
I love the doors in this house. It’s so sad that they destroy beautiful homes like that 💙🙁💙🙁💙🙁
You’re always excellent at your job. And I like to thank you for showing us all these homes that are not standing at this time. I long to thank you for taking us through these beautiful homes which we would’ve never seen unless you took the time to do it.
Actually, in that era, formal living room was in the front of the house and family room in the back.
Wow, you walked on the deck - first time I've seen you do that and not comment on it!!
I noticed that too! I wouldn't have walked on it.
Awesome house, Ethan. Great showing 👌
Still a beautiful home to be torn down...i would love it just good size...thank you for another wonderful video
I love the staircase too Ethan 😎And that brick wall I love as well 😊Thank you for the tour of the place and I really enjoyed this Ethan 😇
🙋♀️ Ethan..great revisit 👍...always enjoy your explores how ever many times I watch them ..beautiful house, tragic its being pulled down 😭..hope your staying safe 🙏🇬🇧😘
There’s always a random chair 🙈 great vlogs 👍💜
Nice house, what a waste it's going away. I can only imagine what it costs to heat a big house like this during a long Canadian winter.

What a shame it's going to be torn down. It's a beautiful home. All that beautiful oak. What a waste.
Lots of doorways!!! I love your channel Ethan!!! Great work as always!!!
Great video thanks for the upload keep up the good work
Nice ❤️👍🏾
Great video ethan keep up the good work
Beautiful house .love the staircase & foyer..such a shame its going to be taken down.

Hey Ethan! Very large ornate house! The ocd in me was screaming “center that damn fireplace!” ✌🏻❤️
Love watching you Ethan
So sad it's a gorgeous home.
Hi Ethan 👋 What a nice home 😁This place look awesome too and nice garage too🫠Amazing layout and I love the chandlers as well 😍

Beautiful home! I love how the doors open to the outside upstairs! Happy your subs are increasing and people are finding out how exciting your adventures are!
look at you WORKING hard for us. I could hear you talk about houses all day.❤❤❤❤❤
i mean listen. i could listen to you talk about houses all day. lol.
Damn,them doors are awesome!
Nice one for a revisit ❤️
So beautiful I hope they get the lights fixtures and vases in the kitchen I have one question why did they put the toilet behind the door in the first bathroom?
Poor planning. That's probably where the sewer line was running and they had to put it there.
Definitely worth a revisit. Still love this house. What a magnificent front door and I love seeing natural stonework inside a house. Awesome!👍👏❤🇺🇸
i would love to have that house .. Thanks for sharing ❤❤❤ stay safe love ya

They need to savage as much as possible, at least donate to " Habitat for Humanity "
Yes that's a great idea!

That off centered fire place would drive me crazy. Beautiful front door & stair case. Thanks Ethan, nice find.what a waste though.
This house great beautiful so easy to just remodel. It got so many possibilities. Probably coast some money. But I like it. Good find Ethan.
Another fun find, Ethan! Thank you!🐣
Great video
Ethan, you are absolutely 💯 correct about that fireplace! It totally looks off centered, well probably because it is.
I would think if you got busted they (authorities)
Would go a little easy on you. You have a good reputation and you are not there to cause damage. Stay safe! Love❤️ your videos
That chair all alone in the basement was where the previous owner went to have 'conversations' with individuals...... :p
Thank you for your "revisits" especially for new veiwers like me.

I don't think it was a built in fireplace, it's one of the free standing jobs that is just for show. Certainly not suited for Canadian winters.
I bed the chair you see was placed by people intending to spook others. This is an amazingly beautiful. Thank you for a return visit. Be safe always.
Love the house. Its still very nice to me.Nice to see it again, take care.👍❤️🇺🇸
You would hate the fireplace in my fifties' house. It's asymmetric and sort of bugs my OCD, too.
I love the foyer and staircase, the stonework is beautiful
That was fun! Thanks Ethan! Love this house

Such a nice place, I really like the staircase and stonework in the front foyer. I agree that off center fireplace did nothing for the room.
Very nice vid I like to redo little slower than the last time looks great
I really liked this revisit. I just don’t see why people don’t just update things like floors, bathrooms maybe light fixtures. Instead of tearing such a beautiful house down, I would just make it mine! Great video take care!
Wow beautiful home I wouldn’t tare it down nothing wrong with it
I would be scared to death,if I thought somebody was coming in. Even with out caffeine.🤯😊
Thank you Ethan I really enjoyed this one plus you are hilarious I appreciate your honesty love this channel !also this house reminded me of a mini castle peace out
Omg! Tearing that down made me sick.
wonderful place, thanks Ethan x
Nice video! Too bad some of those finishings won't be reused. Those doors are awesome!
Stay safe!
Nice 80s mansion. Love BIG bathroom archway hallways & foyer. ❤🏠🏚🙂 Mansion could be updated.
Awesome house 👍☺️
As soon as I seen the fireplace near the window I was like→ 🤔 I figured maybe it just got moved over there but I guess not. That is a really stupid spot to put it especially near curtains. I agree it belongs in the middle. What were they thinking?!
Awesome. Looking forward to watch this video

Would be nice if you would put link to original visit to the houses so we can compare the decay process.,,

I so badly want you to turn the lights on to give us the look of the space lit up. PLEASE 🙏🏻🥺
I think it would be cool to do revisits to homes that people have been able to renovate and live in or sell it to someone else to live in....
YAY ETHAN!!!
