@@deepakbhagat4375 I myself don't follow a specific rule on this. I'm no expert at this. So take what resonates with you. But I have been listening to it at least 15 minutes or more per day. I have listened to it for the full duration also. But it depends on the day. I just put it on when I can. In the morning when I'm getting ready and having breakfast or in the car (obviously please don't meditate while you're driving but you can listen to it 🥴) or cleaning.

I don't know who needs to hear this... but it's okay to face darker times. Cry, let it out though never let it go. But jus know... "life" is not about bliss nor perpetual joy. It's about growth.
