Your tires really shouldn't drop under 35-40% unless you absolutely have to. Not just because of the punctures, but performance starts to drop off a lot more under 40%
I started my create a team last night. I managed to build my new team and complete the Bahrain GP weekend. 2 upgrades in the pipeline, but neither will be ready for Jeddah 😢.

Can you create classic liveries or just generic approximations? from what I've seen the editor looks pretty basic with 3 colours plus preset patterns anda logo designer (again basic).
The pace to me is so weird in this game. The gap between teams in terms of Delta is way too big considering how in real life the gap in Quali sometimes less than 1 second P1-P20. They should fix this
I do hope next games will get more “normal” commentary. Crofty’s intros just sound weird in games (obviously because it’s got to be reusable). I don’t really see a way to fix it but it’s just my two cents
I really like the pacing and editing of your videos. We get to see the details and hear about your plan and it never gets repetitive or boring. You have put out some amazing quality work over the years🫶

Its both, you can either: 1. start as a good facilities but crap staffs and drivers, good drivers but crap facilities, or good staffs good facilities but 0 money like Brawn GP, etc. There are 5 scenarios for that. 2. or you can customize everything to your liking.
Do NOT buy this game! IT DOES NOT WORK and F1 manager just kicked me off discord because i “criticized” staff and not the game? As if they aren’t connected! All i said was not sure how one would not have seen there were issues with AI development and contracts if they played the game at all!!! Oh and when said it would take a while to fix because not working Saturday or Sunday I pointed out in my job along with many of you had a major issue for customers who purchased a product and did not work as intended we would be working Saturday and Sunday to fix it!!! Like usual discord and these devs are so weak skinned and minded…it’s pathetic!

Tip: 2nd runs on softs is faster then fresh tires for some reason. So it’s better to do 2 runs with a cooldown lap instead of 2 new tires
Update on this method, on some tracks 2 runs work but on very abrasive tracks I wouldn’t do this

The tyre switching to soft (instead of Medium as you had set) at race stare is a bug... apparently they will fix it in the next patch
