When not thinking competively, and just from the standpoint of an amazing experience, Brawl is not only my favorite Smash game, but one of my favorite games of all time.
Brawl was memorable because of Subspace Emissary. Seeing all those Nintendo characters in a crossover story was just amazing. Smash Ultimate deserved to have a proper story mode as well.
Yup it was the days before dlc was a thing too and everything was unlockable with player skill and dedication. People still made games with heart instead of the factory made half finished garbage of today

@@TheOnlyDeerAlive Excellent in basically every way except lyrics (they just sound underpowered, weak, and almost unenthusiastic compared to the originals). Find a way to take the original vocals somehow, and splice them into this, and you have perhaps the best remix out there.
God... i was searching for the smash ultimate metal / rock song but i found this and i feel so nostalgic, i cried because i reemembered all these days playing smash brawl with my brother That he left, and never coming back.
so yknow how in melee, giga bowser's theme is a remix of the final destination theme? if there was a proper giga bowser battle in brawl, i bet this would work
I have good memories with Melee, but I don't even want to know how many hours I put into Brawl with my friends and siblings. Sucks they don't use Brawl in tournaments anymore
@@TheOnlyDeerAlive I think there are still some tournaments out there using it, you just have to look really hard since they're not nearly as popular as Ultimate and Melee.

I agree Ultimate may be the greatest Smash game but Brawl is right next to it and it's my favorite game.
