wait i love this romanticized “life outside of work”, it’s important to value all aspects of life
Feeling like you aren't seeing progress at the gym is so real (I weightlift and have chronic lumbar pain). I'd just focus on eating a healthy & balanced diet and pay attention to your 1) physical & cardiovascular strength, and 2) how your clothes fit! And of course, dynamic stretching before exercise, static stretching is after exercise.

I feel like getting tattoos is the same as piercings- you get one and then you suddenly want more. I got my ears pierced as a teenager then cue a getting older crisis and now I have 3 in each ear and planning more lol. Also, love Mejuri, their jewellery is beautiful. Mexico looked pretty cool too!

Not trying to be a smarty-pants, but I did the same mistake when I started; when you do squats do not look down but straight as it is bad for your neck and the more you increase the weight it can also affect your back due to bad angle. Love the video and your content

Omg, that’s my local gym! Would be so cool to run into you one day! :) also as a new-ish gym goer (less than a year), it def took me a solid 3 or so months before I felt like I saw my progress in my strength and physique. But consistency is key!
Tattoos are so much fun. I absolutely love them. I have small ones kind of all over. Half showing, half hidden. Mine are a lot like yours. Honestly, if you like it, get it ! Crazy thinking but I don’t focus on the “how will you look when you get older?” What if I don’t live that long? I’ll regret not just living life in the moment, oh and tattoo removal isn’t that bad either worst case 😊

when I tell you I also got scammed by someone reselling things from ali express 😭😭 will be reverse image searching all my jewelry purchases from now on
