    You would never say to a child that's crying: I will only sit with you if you promise to stop crying.
    No. You sit with the child with no expections of the outcome. That's presence. That's love. ♥️

    Thanks to one prior vid of yours, I experience mind stillness oftener. I adapted something of my own: I just remember myself getting lucid in a dream - coincidentally you have no attachment to the past or future at that moment. This is an incredibly effective trick to instantly feel excited about existing presently. That's how I silence the mind, but it fades quick so now I'm forming a habit to oftener experience it and deny merging with analysis temptation.

    For me, it’s been important to really see clearly that when it comes to knowing what I am, the mind has nothing to offer me. I used to have a strong belief in the value of thinking so naturally, my thoughts felt very sticky and they rarely slowed down. Once I saw their limitations clearly it became much easier to just let them come and go without getting entangled. Now thinking doesn’t feel like such a problem anymore.

    When I try to go to the place to find the root of a feeling, it’s not so easy, because what arises from this space of the root remains somehow unclear.
    Do you get a precise answer from the space of the root, what the cause of your feeling is?

    Thought is like our habit. If we want to be free from thought we just have to be aware of thoughts when it appears in our mind and try not to get caught up in your thought and just be aware of its movement. Just realize that you are not your thought because you are awareness of your thoughts and this realization will break your attachment to thoughts and will create for some space between thought and awareness and ll help you to see the movement of thought. Before when thoughts appear on one’s mind one got carried away but now as he realized that he is not his thought it creates some space for him to see the movement of his thoughts. And suddenly you realize that the impact of the thought is not that much on you , it means now thought is loosing control on you and you ll feel what the real freedom means.

    Buddha said that craving is the cause of pain, but why though? Because craving maintains this illusion of a self trying to do something that it cannot do, because it is not real. Haven't seen people mention this much

    • @corykeeler2655
      @corykeeler2655 4 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      Well, I think it's because suffering just creates more suffering by its very nature. And thinking how to fix a negative thought is just another thought trying to fix another thought. When that's not you. That's the entity your being or gave power to pretend it's you. We just forgot we aren't it. But then there is also the fact that all suffering is a want or desire, or craving as you say. The difference here is between need and want. And desire keeps you in the head playing the mind game, solving problems and being a body.

    • @tanu4647
      @tanu4647 3 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Simple the thoughts that pop-up here n there is illusion mirage.its not there.
      Then the separate self is trying to fix it is another thought to unveil thought. In first place it's not there.
      That's crazy dog chasing his tail syndrome ✌

    • @RamSamudrala
      @RamSamudrala 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@corykeeler2655 Suffering is when awareness momentarily forgets. It's ALWAYS monetary. There's always awareness, it hasn't gone away. It can't forget for long. It's an actor who gets carried away playing a role as a character and forgets but if doesn't remember quickly he's an actor, he'd no longer be an actor which isn't possible in this case (an infinite actor). This is the paradox here, the ability to hold this together. Dreamer and dream cannot be separated. Awareness and (illusion of) awareness are one (this is the fundamental duality). Suffering just is. Accept it or don't accept, it's all good - there's nothing beyond what is, it is already as perfect as it can be. And if you can't accept that and that leads to suffering, then that is perfection. It's simply action and reaction.

    But you have to keep feeling the root right? It's not just like one and done? That seems like it's too easy but maybe it's supposed to be? Or are people different (for some it is easy but if the root is deep it has to be slowly/repeatedly pulled out).

  • @RamSamudrala
    @RamSamudrala 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

    I agree with you but it seems as John Cage once said, there's just the right amount of suffering. (I even had a song lyric with that.) So suffering just is. Vecause all you can do is be aware of it and being aware of it means embracing it so the forgetfulness occurs. Then the world is as is. No such thing as enlightenment (the realisation of which is enlightenment)!
    But now I am confused: then you said suffering ends at 11:15. Just accept suffering to end suffering but accepting suffering will continue the suffering but just accept it and so on and it will pass in due course. Maybe there's peace upon this realisation?

  • @allesgutnatur
    @allesgutnatur 16 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

    I wonder why osho always said that no mind is enlightenment and he gave us one million meditations to quiet the mind and then he said dont try to quiet the mind it will become silent on its own terms. And he said not to have ideals and right after that he said enlightenment is no mind is pure joy is bliss is ecstasy while sitting there with a frown on his face. Why couldnt he just have said to accept whatever is and everything will fall into its place. Why didnt he admit that he is still suffering that he still has thoughts. He confused the whole world. He gave so much insight yet it was so misleading at the same time. Then at one point he said that there is no enlightenment after talking only about enlightenment. Giving one million meditations to attain enlightenment then saying that it is a realisation in the moment and it cant be attained or worked towards. It is just a realisation. He could have just said the mind will always be there the suffering will always be there just watch. But no he made everyone feel wrong and unenlightened. As much as i loved him and his teaching i never liked how he made people feel wrong insignificant and unenlightened to the bone. Stupid
