    On the next QA session can you talk about tech/service desk management? Best practices and configuration. Our service manager is having a challenge moving from ConnectWise where we could see clearly on the dispatch board progress. Maybe go into ticket scheduling, monitoring progress, how to catch missed appointments or techs running late. Any input would be awesome.

    i just started this video so forgive me if you answer this: do you make your clients a department? if i have 10 clients and i want to see them as a "organization chart" do i make them their own organizations, departments? or do i just leave them as clients? also is my personal company the only organization? apologies if i didnt word this thoroughly. thanks in advance.

      No. Departments have nothing to do with Departments at all. Departments are the actual departments in your company like Sales, Finance, Support etc. They are for your INTERNAL company and not the client
