@@514garage Coming back from the pass, as we were leaving our park on the way back, saw a 340 pull in, just as we were pulling out. Those are kinda special ☺️ It had the same color scheme as my '69 Roadrunner did. Except the roof on this looked like paint. But my Roadrunner had the Boars Skin Vinyl. We were in a hurry, but I took like a 9 second video of it I can upload for ya if you like. It does have a rear bumper I didn't recognize. But I've been out of the car stuff for a while. Age tends to do that when it's Your Body that needs the work 😂 😳 😢 But,.. I can upload it and link it if you like 🤗 Good Luck 👍
A Plymouth duster uses the same trunk lid, 1970 - 1976. Unusual color, probably a rare color. I found out that I need 1970 - 1972 duster trunk lid, 1973 - 1976 is different, they have a ridge in the center that the 1970-1972 don't have.
IT IS A DUSTER 🤗 👍 And pretty funny, that people don't know these things,.. WITH THE INTERNET 😂 Dodge, Plymouth, Chevy, GMC,... Whatever. I just find it funny. From the owner of a 69 PLYMOUTH Roadrunner. Or,.. DODGE Coronet. Jus Sayin.

Yes these cars are the same.....if you're trying to save money then don't do what I did lol nothing swaps with an A body barracuda sheet metal wise. Demons, Darts, dusters, valiants and scamps are the A bodies you want for the most options to interchange sheet metal. Probably why darts and valiants are the most common A bodies you'll see on the road or at the show.
Your got to put braces in that car. From the door floor to the opposite corner on the roof.make more BRACEs to holding the car. I've can see your need some type of support .✌️👣👀👀👍👍from Flint Michigan Gordon
Hey Man. Thanks for the update. You gonna buy frame connectors or fab em in house ? Either way done properly you'll slice them into the floor pan. Also, not to be nit-pickey, but don't use the roof, or other panels as a tool and fastener cubbie. Especially if it's going to be black, and chasing dents around the roof ain't no fun. I've got a neighbor with a real nice 73 Chally with bumps all in the tops of the fenders. Get you a spare 4-6ft table for out there. That's how I do it in the driveway ....... Man forget the Camaro ! MoPar cars, Ford and Dodge trucks. Peace 🙏
More than likely Fab them in house. Dana is a heck of a fabricator! I agree I hate putting tools on it if I don't have too. We are gonna move the car in the shop soon, then I'll keep everything on a tool cart. I agree with you on the camaro lol!! Thanks for watching!!
Love your video and the Dodge. I had a 1970 Duster, same color. Wish I still had it. Looking forward to your progress.

Might see if we can find one! Yep, I need to do some more research on the color. Not 100% sure if we are gonna leave it the same or change it

This is lokking great, keep on :)

Put the doors back in a.s.a.p. When shut they add strength the floor and rockers no longer provide.
Any Updates on the Demon? had a 6cyl as a teen. Interested on the changing upgrades :)
I never knew they made those with the leaning tower of power and a manual🤔
Usually you take the doors off after you take the front end and fenders off.
Thanks for watching. Pulling the motor this weekend.

I think that color is burnt orange. Nice color
Thanks for the info! I think so too. Gonna decode the vin again. I can't remember what it said but I think that's right!

Great videos but it’s pretty hard to do a frame off restoration on a unibody.
You are correct. I meant to say frame up just got my words mixed up. Thanks for watching
You need a jack of some sort under the doors so they don't fall off and possibly damage it or pinch your fingers!
I agree dumb move on the first one. I used one on the second door
You doing everything thing in a yard?? Have no garage???
We have a shop. It's just full of other projects of ours and clients. Once we get it broke down some more we will move it in.
1:15 Was Fred Flintstone the previous owner? 😄
😂 I think so lol
Car is through 2 much rust
Agree to disagree. Not to bad for something sitting in south Alabama. We will bring it back to life. Thanks for watching.
NOOOOOOOO don't change the color!!!!!!!!
We shall see. Long time before then
