It would be so nice to see Janni or Jon make a neopolitan style reastaurant quality vegan healthy pizza. Good simple easy to use pizza ovens for the home are, Ooni Koda, Roccbox and pizzaparty Ardore ovens. After some practise you will never order out pizza again. Game On! ;-)
You don't need a pizza oven, the best thing is to get a pizza stone that you heat in the oven before putting the pizza in. If you eat maybe 1 pizza a month it's pretty useless to get a pizza oven 🤷♀️

Mari Anna a normal oven with or without pizzastone gets nowhere near the 450 degrees celcius needed to make proper Neopolitan pizza.
