Very nice! I think this is more comfortable than a 4 hour flight on a 737. I've flown on an E190 with Air Canada from Ottawa to Edmonton back in 2013, that was also a 4 hour flight and it had IFE screens, and it was pretty nice.

Must have been a good experience, though have to question why pretty much all flight footage is in FF and terminal footage is in slo-mo or normal speed.
