My adventure has only started, my ex had a switch lite and I played Luigi mansion on it for a while then stopped using the switch and played outside for a long time and now back to gaming 2 years later after not finding joy in games I am happy gaming once again thanks to all
I really like this video. I love the more informative-style documentary-type videos, like this. I didn’t buy the Switch at launch, but I did a few years later to try out Smash. Since then I’ve had some amazing times in Smash, both Zelda’s, Mario Party, Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, and Luigi’s Mansion. And I haven’t fully completed some of them, and even those that are completed are so good that I’d be down to replay them (if I had the time and not an already ever-growing backlog of amazing games). But about your video, it was really well made! All the edits are really cool/interesting, the jokes are pretty funny, and the content is entertaining and informative all throughout. Right now I’m not suffering for games to play, otherwise I’d highly consider the Steam Deck.
I’ve only had my Switch since October and I love my Switch and it’s coming up to 7 years old, for me it’s not the end for the Switch as it’s still got some life left in it and has some great games to come even if they’re remakes, for me personally the Switch is the positive aspect of gaming today and it changed the game literally. And as it stands now the Switch has sold 139.6 million units now and is 16 million away from surpassing the PS2 and it has a great chance of doing it.
I remember when you were one of the people talking about how good the switch would be, there was a lot of talk about how it wouldn’t be good from others. Indie games really helped right at launch too.
What a great retrospective on the life of the greatest gaming console of all time! I’m still going strong with my OG copy, just finished TotK and feel like a significant chapter in my life is closing, though there’s still plenty I want to play on it.
This was a great video! And as for myself im in my late 40s and I just bought my first OLED Switch last summer so basically at the end of its lifecycle. I haven't kept up with Nintendo since the N64 back in 1996 when I bought that launch model with SM 64 so many of the games since then I have missed out on but now making up for some of it. The classic games (S/NES) I still have the original carts and its hardware. I got my Switch mostly for the Mario and Zelda games and at some point I may consider the Steam Deck for the classic stuff. Great time to have many options to go with!
I got my first switch in 2019 for my 16th birthday and I still have it. I don't use it anymore but it still means so much to me. The switch may not be the most powerful thing on the market but it's still a lot of fun. I use it more then my ps5 mostly because the ps5 library doesn't really offer much that I personally want just yet.

@@FinleyHarrison-hy2sm Oh! 🤷
Wow you can really see Scott is really inspiring you and others as well. Keep doing written videos you’re great at them!
Been a while since I last one of your videos and oh goodness loving your smooth transitions and jokes. Very well done!
Geeat video. Really enjoyed the editing style.
We don't need next gen yet. Switch still feels new
Same..but yet people are still complaining about outdated system tho
Personally I wish Nintendo still support this system... I don't think i will buy the next gen system immediately if it ever comes someday
I have gotten a switch for my birthday this month.
Best video you've made about the Switch to date! Thanks for the wild and fun entertainment!
0:17 God damn! I was 32 when the switch came out! Thanks for the reminder
I still play my switch like every day I’m 27.
hahaha you killed me "with wife and kid" ..."WOOF!"
Shrek ketchup was peak humanity... i'll hold this ground.
I genuinely loved this video. SUPER hyped for what's to come from both Nintendo and your channel. Here's to 2024!
We gettin GTA 6 before Metroid Prime 4
I remember booking the day of work to pick mine up from the store. Can't believe it's nearly been 7 years.
This was a great video! Thank you mane.
I still have my original switch from christmas of 2017, which is like 7 years
I remember people not knowing what my switch was when I brought it to school, it's crazy to think about today.
