Random comment, but the monster really reminded me of the monster in the film Deep Rising, which is a pretty fun B monster movie flick. Anyway, it could have been better--perhaps a bit less rushed--but for a small indie crew that was a pretty impressive piece of work, especially the music, which is downright epic.

The magical thing about popcorn is.. when it's mentioned, you have a sudden urge for it. So I paused the vid, put pants on and drove to the store (only 1$ :D) came back kept pants on and ate popcorn.
Re-watching this for who knows how many times. I find it relaxing. I just don't have popcorn so I'm eating some dry Frosted Flakes. The crunching sound is too loud and I can't hear the game...

I guess "it" was the biolife in the crate that attacked kirk but that doesn't really matter, there's still no explanation. whatever 10/10
Fredrik, I was absolutely amazed by the soundtrack. You're incredibly talented. I've pulled up the soundtrack on Bandcamp just to hear it without sound effects/voices, and again, it's incredible. Job very well done!
This was awesome. I really hope they get a bigger budget and made another game, because despite the plot holes here and there, this team has got talent. I actually felt really sad when Kirk had to leave Skipper behind, and the game itself reminded me of the Thing and Dead Space. S'good.
My favorite part was the intro and outro screens, the music at around 14:00, and, of course, the slap Kirk gave the old guy. I honestly think the music was the best part of this game, it was rather amazing.
I certainly like the music in this game; otherwise, not too bad, overall. 'Hooray for plot holes!', indeed Cry. That initial monster noise around 33:39 sounded weirdly like Mama, that horror movie that came out the same year as this game.
... wait wait... I don't think that's possible is it? I don't think it's possible to sever your arm with a shard of glass, I mean, you could sure as hell get far, but I don't think a shard of glass could like, cut through the bone, right?
Phyllo9 Well I have worked on Ships before and I do know that some Glass on ships can be really Thick sometimes but I don't think that Glass would be enough to fucking cut a arm off

It really depends on sharpness I guess. And that's just-broken glass, so it sure as hell is quite sharp. With enough force, the correct cutting motion and as long as it doesn't break halfway, I guess you could.
Started watching this video and instantly though 'Eh... kind eh...', so i started typing one of my chapters while listening. That is when I hit the part of his cat meowing and him getting mad...I don't know why, but that made me crack up so much. I think it was because it was so unexpected.

The part where you have to cut your arm off totally reminds me of that one mission in Dead Space: Extraction where you have to cut your arm off before the monster gets to you. But i guess nobody besides me played that game anyways...

it was weather glass, that stuff s a few inches thick and sharp if broken, so yes you can remove limbs with it
While the story isn't exactly the new "Harry Potter" i still found it enjoyable :) sure it is cliché, but it is an fun cliché! :)
