Brad, do you happen to know what that 9.8 Miracle On Ice went for last night on Heritage? DYING to know, I have a handful of them WITH a ticket stub from one of the games. Praying it's from that game!
So I notice a lot of s.i. Magazines the look like newsstand and they say it’s newsstand . But don’t see newsstand in the slabs. Am I only looking for slabs that state newsstand if I’m wanting newsstand copies ?? Love the videos
That's a great question. For the most part, CGC does not list the word "newsstand" on the label. They will, however, list "subscription edition" or "subscription label removed". So when looking for a newsstand, you are basically looking for the absence of any notation about it being a subscription. The only exception is that for the first year or two (back in 2009/2010), CGC did list "newsstand edition" on the label. So you'll see one of those every once in a while, but it's rare.
Great update video!
Excellent video! Very interesting! Really learned a lot. Good job explaining everything!
Sorry folks. No idea why the audio kept cutting out at the beginning of some clips. Initial draft wasn't like that before uploaded to TH-cam.
brad thank you very much for these video gems always something to learn from them
Awesome video Brad!
Great video as always
Let’s have a video promoting subscriptions - they are still extremely rare pre 1990
Please make one!
