    I get up to train at 3 AM and for me and why I do it is because it’s the best time for me and the peace and quiet I get to enjoy before everything gets loud and hectic the rest of the day lol 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽 it is hard some days but it’s like he said just teaching ur body and not giving into what it wants but rather force it to do what it needs to do!!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

    There's research now that suggests those who do the stuff they don't want to do, actually have a larger part of the brain that's associated with 'the will to live'. Great video. We have to do what we need, not necessarily what we want.

    Great channel and content mate. Only just found it and busy working my way through the content. This video in particular peaked my interest as I’m up at 4.30 am each weekday for the 15 mile cycle to work which I live for these days regardless of the weather. I love the tranquility of 5am.

      Good to hear it mate, that hardest part is just getting out the door sometimes. Removing the obstacles helps, like having all your kit laid out by the bed before you sleep. It’s little things like this that can add up and before you know it, you’re doing 15mile bike rides hours before everyone else has started to stir.

    Hey mate , good to see you. Actually I am a defence aspirant who is keen to join special forces of my country and I have a great respect for them...........And, I want to be one of them but I have taken some wrong decisions in the past due to which I have become unorganised in my life that is lack of discipline, lack of willpower and determination.I have been in comfort zone for a long time and I must say being in comfort zone sucks specially when you want to be a part of special forces. Need to change myself and make a comeback.Any advice mate?

    I have found that only way to grow and achieve is to push yourself out of your comfort zone and do things that you may not like, and even hate doing. I personally hate air travel, not so much as the act of flying but the endless hassles of it. Yet, overseas travel is high on my list of priorities, and I just "suck it up," do what I need to do to get there, and I am where I want to be. I have been to Dubai twice, the Bahamas twice, and the UK once.

    • @thenaturaledge

      @@thenaturaledge I plan to visit Italy, San Marino, Switzerland, and Monaco in June 2024. I am particularly keen to see Tops Marques car show in Monaco. This trip will be my first significant to countries where English is not the dominant language, and I am studying Italian to prepare. I am also planning trips to Japan, Singapore, and central Europe. My last trip to the United Kingdom was London-centric, so I will make a point of limiting London to one week, and the spending time in other areas. I have never been to Scotland or Wales.

    Great video guys (5 years of failure), not full of marketing bull...t but real life experiences and knowledge, nothing is ever going to run entirely the way you think it is. It is only through trial and error that we truly learn what works for us and what doesn't . Just because something doesn't work out as you thought it would doesn't make YOU a failure, it is only through trial, error and adapting can we move forwards . Keep up the good work and thanks for keeping it real.

    Before the pandemic I had the will and the control to push myself to do these things and go beyond that 'I don't want to do this' feeling and actually do it. Whatever happened to my head during these 2 years, I seem to have completely lost the will, the control and the capacity to go beyond. Any advice?

    • @joebradley1239
      @joebradley1239 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      My advice would be to recognise that these thoughts are only thoughts and we have the power to control them.
      Break down whatever it is you are struggling with to its simplest form. Let’s say it’s a 1 mile run. The first week walk 100m, the next run 100m then 200m. Or at the rate in which you feel not overwhelmed. Slowly but surely, progress over perfection you will start to overcome these barriers.
