great video! a very open talk about the future of CCP and its games! the background music in the video in the end went ON a bit louder and earlier than needed (pls take into consideration further down the road)
What they omit is that activists, people who have issues with CCP are banned, they don't have to break any rules to receive that ban they just have to disagree with CCP. So this is a social environment that is missing. So users did not design the game through behavior because there is key behaviors missing. For instance i have been critical of racial diversity being non-existent and CCP silences me. It is nice to see new groups as they branch out into new countries so that is solving some of those problems, but all the control of big corporations is still white and European.
