  • Ready to crush it in the open gym? This workout is packed with high-energy boxing combos and bodyweight moves to push your limits! 🥊💪
    Workout Breakdown:
    All combos are 1:00 each with a 30-second rest in between, repeated for 2-3 rounds.
    1️⃣ 1,2,3,4 Combo - Classic punches to get you in the groove.
    2️⃣ Squat + 1,2 Rapid Fire (10-count) - Strength and speed combo!
    3️⃣ 1,2, Duck, 4 Combo - Stay light on your feet and fire that hook.
    4️⃣ Butt Kickers - Add in 1’s and 2’s for an extra punch (literally).
    5️⃣ 1,2, Duck, 4, 3 Combo - Keep the rhythm going with a twist.
    6️⃣ Push-Up + 10 Mountain Climbers - Core and upper body finisher!
