Yes there are some small air plane lock sized holes on the latch that would allow you to lock it. And if you could pay to bring it as an oversized carry on you might be able to fly with it. However I would not check it or allow them to put it under the plane. It's not a real flight case, but rather just a step below.
Thank you for the video! I have the same controller and I ordered the same box! you need to cut grooves for connecting wires! and then you won't need to take out the controller!

Hi, can you use stack the lid underneath the case to raise the height of the controller?
