This is going to be the best podcast available, common sense people, intelligent, and talking about real topics, and offering some takes/solutions. The bit Maurice mentioned at the end about trade schools definitely needs to happen! An old chap(mechanic) was only telling me this week how years ago bug companies got together such as Mercedes, Duetz Fahr, let's say Vovo and a few others and provided training for applicants, each did a bit of everything at the start (electrics)(hydraulics)(engines) etc, and people decided what they were good at and sided towards that along the way, getting qualified in a specific area and then be offered a limited spot in such companies or take their qualification with them wherever they wanted to utilise it! If all trades offered this I would nearly sign up myself as a 31 Yr old
Lived in PRChina and I can fully concur with what ye said about the society there. I remember sitting down one day in SanXa sq in SoPingBa, QC city and realising that what was all around me was coming to ireland and the West in general. So i wasn't surprised with the covid mania.
When I heard James on David’s podcast I really wanted to hear more of what this man had to say it’s good to see him start his on podcast good work lad keep it up 👍🏻
Well done lads, was super excited when I saw you were launching your own podcast and a great 1st guest ...keep up the good work lads...very refreshing to listen to the few real Irish men we have left, hopefully ye will inspire a few more🙏👏👏
Seriously lad's this conversation was like a breath of mountain fresh air there was times i had to check to see was i doing the podcast 👌 You need to set up some kind of event where lads like us can meet up because as you well know knowledge makes a lonely man. Tonight was the first time i realised there's actually a good amount of us dotted around the countryside. Can't wait for the next one 👍
As a non farming person from urban background now living in rural area you are educating me about reality of life in agriculture and farming in Ireland today, so much truth " full time job to be a part time farmer " , I have followed ye both for last full years , turbulent times and ye both calling out the insanity and agendas being imposed upon the Irish people by our government and international body's . Thank you both for all that you do to wake up the Irish people, the few of us that are actually awake . Be interesting to hear about your take about the recent election
Thoroughly enjoyed listening in lads, it reminds me of the conversations we used to have years ago, back when people weren't afraid to exchange thoughts. Thanks for driving all the way to Sligo, the weather was shite for driving. Best of luck to ye both.
Was thinking just the same thing - exactly like the conversations we had all the time years ago. Made me realise just how much our precious society has changed.
If an'ting feckin brilliant came from the last 2 yrs n a bit, tis the coming back together of the best of our own..Very excited for this and ALL future podcashts..maith h-thuibh lads

Fare Play, I'm delighted you started a podcast. You have to get John Waters or Gemma O Doherty for the serious stuff now and then. Best of luck with the show. You're starting off on the right foot with this guest. Good conversation.
Niall mcconnell, donegal lad is doing beef and lamb boxes, packed with freezer bags. Top notch stuff. Sent by an post, donegal to dublin & the freezer bags were still half frozen. Great listening to yiz. Keep up the good work.
Im 50 ..really enjoyed this chat ..until ye started to expound on world affairs and history which ye have what i would describe as a biased utubed understanding that was hard to listen too ...and the second i heard Tucker Carlsons name whispered i thought "gobshites"....anyway stick to the Irish stuff id say.
