btw u can speedrun like half the game by just blasting str8 thru, you just gotta stay alive for the doors that require crowbars/knifes (just stick with the crowbar and the knife)

The knife is so underrated in this game.
You literally stab an enemy, and it takes not a lot of energy. And when you attack the enemy, he will be stunned, so you can just stab, stab and stab.
