Goes a long way in showing what locals and villagers still would do for their known and loved ones, which we as city dwellers would never even think of doing. It was good to see that the children were getting education but the sad part would be them leaving these outstanding places for better avenues in the bigger cities while we keep dreaming about going to such places. Thanks to dj sir, we can truly see and appreciate the land of white copper - Zangskar!! The last 2 pics in front kf the Drang Drung Glacier were truly the money shot of this video. Loved it!!

15:00 this road is in off road condition since before 1971 ... bcuz of kashmir politics , it was never metalled ... p.s. this road was used by pakistan to occupy padum , while d indian army crossed over shinku la on foot ... try searching about ladakhi refugees in pakistan 🤨 u will learn d full story
Zanskar is beautiful because there is no proper road once the road is built it will be like everywhere else plastic bottle garbage just like the rest..
