I really enjoyed your videos, I'm playing catch up. My Labrador had that same problem with his paws. I had to wash his paws every time he came inside. I used an antifungal shampoo. Mike is a genius, I am so impressed at his ability. You two are great together ❤

With regard to Penny’s fungal infection, have you tried Athlete’s Foot powder (ie Tinactin or store brand equivalent)? Use it now until healed. Keep it on hand and apply at the first sign of itching or irritation in the future. Great to keep on board for all of you. Hope this helps!
Looks like a good-hurricane hole, perhaps a few mosquitoes too. Please consider a Hydrovane, having used one since 1983 on various boat, honestly saying it never let us down, and does not use any power. N=Maybe you can pencil a Hydrovane in for the future.
We would love a Hydrovane, we actually priced it out and it was surprisingly way more than a new auto pilot, and would require modification to the davits and solar. Maybe down the road…
@@MakingOurWay The yacht Merriweather bought a used Hydrovane, perhaps that is something to look into. On their Atlantic crossing S/Y Adventure Locker lost their autopilot, steering by hand for 1000nm is something you want to avoid if you can.
I feel Penny's pain! Fungal infections SUCK! I've been stuck here in Ensenada since November, dealing with my own fungal infection in the form of Valley Fever. 😢 We can't wait to leave on our adventure this November. All good things come to those who wait.?!????!? Maybe....

I loved this. I love mexico too. What you're experiencing, I can tell you from many journeys in mex, from Tijuana to Tapachula over the last 45 years. This is normal. It's why some people hate it. Me, and I know you too, have seen such amazing beauty. From the coast of the baja to the mountains of chiapas. It's worth the griefs. Nice video and thankyou.

We are SV Dulcinea, husband and wife retired on 38’ Down East that we’ve been refitting for the last two years. We are hoping to maybe catch up with you. Are you thinking of going thru Panama to Caribbean? We have two Jack Russell terriers 😛
