Your receipes are good but i am worried for your respiratory health... You seem to have short breathedness when you speak and need to break your sentences. That happens when your nose is blocked always and you need to breathe through your mouth while speaking. If its a sinus issue then you need to get surgery asap to get it fixed. Health is wealth. Dont ignore it.
