Welcome! Never heard it called clay, but I have been in hand sessions where they use “putty” or “masilla”. That is definitely a term to know too.

¿La palabra pad también significa "compresa"? La he aprendido de esa manera. Heating pad: compresa caliente. Cuando tuve mi sesión en physical therapy, otro término que usaron fue "to bend" :) y había alguien con un problema en la mano y usaron la palabra "splint" que es férula.
