That is a string of bad luck. Does the device make noise like it's trying to pump water? Does it pump rough the handle without a water jet tip attached? I assume you tried other tips already as well? What about if there is no capsule inserted?
@@ChrisLoh Yes, setup is without the whitening capsule. But i just got it to work by wiggling the reservoir while it was on. My guess is the small black pressure plate wasn't aligned properly with the bottom of the water reservoir, not allowing water to get thru to the pump.
