Looking forward to the 80s show, special shout out to 83 Topps, *the* set that got me into collecting as a kid. ( Loved the silver pack promos from 2018.) My brother in NH has a huge storage space set aside of my cards from back then that I need to fly out and take care of ... pages and pages and boxes of 83-87s. And I know there's a Bird/Magic rookie card in there somewhere, hopefully not in a screw down. Ha!
@@Blabbin_Bout_Slabbin I'd be surprised if this team didn't get to the WS this year if not win it.... that's how offensively together this team has gotten...Volpe looks a leadoff All- Star for years to come.... Stanton looks like he will hit 35 bombs...or more.
Also about Kelenic - Im a Mariners fan and Kelenic has a bad attitude in the dugout, when he goes through his hitting woes he brings down the whole dugout, it became a huge problem which impacted others hitting in dugout, I was surpised in the beginning of the season in atlanta when he was on fire but looks like it was a fluke and he is back to his strikeout ways - and looks like he is impacting the other players because of his immature attitude ( remember he broke his foot because he struck out and was pissed off and kicked something)
Yeah, this is sad and disappointing. He is so talented but seems like too much of a head case for long-term success. Still, I’m hoping he can mature and turn things around. He’s definitely going to get his chances this year now! Thanks for commenting
I am a Cubs fan. I think we have scored even less runs than the Braves in May. I live in Baton Rouge and watched Skenes at LSU. Awesome pitcher but I still wouldn’t buy his cards. I see a UCL in his future
